Fantastic value for money

Good location and the space is perfect, it has the essential facilities and the customer service is great, is a family and friendly house

Close to things, next to a park, good value for money The hot water worked and there was a fan to help with ventilation. Also the view of the church was cool

The family lives upstairs and sometimes they made a lot of noise and mess in the common areas The rooms are stuffy- but the fan helped

The room was quite luxuriant. The location was good. I was there to see the pyramid, and I'm glad I went. It is a nice town.

I think it was a local Saint's day or something. There was quite a lot of noise at night, firecrackers or similar. The tunnels under the pyramid were currently closed, which was quite disappointing. Neither of these were the hotel's fault.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The photo was accurate , the bed was very comfortable , everything very clean, shower and wifi both excellent ! The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. It needs to be pointed out that this is not a hotel. It’s like a BNB without the breakfast. It is located in a neighbourhood so there’s a restaurant right next door and numerous ones only a few paces away. We thoroughly recommend Los Remedios around the corner which was our regular spot for breakfast. Our room was on the side of the building so was probably a bit quieter than one overlooking the street. However there is always noise in Mexico so one accepts the music from the next door restaurant, the church bells at varying times of the night and spectacular fireworks ! It is Not like home which is the reason one travels. Cholula is divided into two administrations which can be a little confusing at first ( well it was for us). San Andrés where we stayed has its small Zocalo just a few metres away, and San Pedro ( a 15 min walk in the centre of town ) has the grand Plaza de Concordia, a very large and attractive park surrounded by streets of tourist shopping. If you want to stay in a quiet safe neighbourhood away from the tourist centre I can recommend Casa San Andrés .

The location is pretty amazing and the private bathroom as well Good price value rate!

The room we had was with no windows so it's quite necessary to have fresh air

The location is great, rooms were nice and spacious, comfy beds, and nice little details here and there. I would stay there again.

Bathrooms were missing a bit cleaning (there was mold in the shower). Nothing major though
