Basic simple hotel with noisy events on weekends

Friendly staff

Very noisy: On 2/3 nights there were events at the location (weeding & quinceañera) which didn’t let us sleep al night.

Walls are thin, easy to hear neighbors. Nice quality. Very central to downtown San Pedro San Andres and pyramid. Short trip to puebla. Room wasnice and clean

such a comfy and big room it was lovely. clean room everyday. great view of the volcano from our window. big comfy bed. bathroom felt really modern and never stayed damp or steamy. really good value for money would definitely stay here again.

bad smell coming from sink, may need a deeper clean. on the last day didn’t have hot water. would be nice if there was more seating round the pool e.g. sun loungers. on our final night we could hear people snoring in the room adjoining, slightly irritating. would be great if place could get streaming services on the tv. the sheet was slightly too small for the bed and kept coming off.

Loved this property. It was really clean and comfortable. staff were very friendly, despite little English. location wise, it’s a 3 min walk to the nearest OXXO and about 10 mins into the centre. Because it’s slightly out of town it means it was quiet. All rooms provide a stunning view of the smoking volcano! I didn’t use the pool but it looked clean enough to me.

My room door (7) didn’t lock. I could just push it gently to open it, quick fix I’m sure.

It is very comfortable just be aware there is no AC.

The location was amazing, the room size was great and the owner was really nice to let us check in earlier since our flight was really early.

There was no AC and when going out in night we would have to wake up the owner but they were super nice about opening the door.

Just what we needed to stay and see Cholula.

There is an events venue next door and there was a party going on til late at night. We do not mind since it was a Saturday night. It is also located in a good and more affordable part of town. Having safe parking was a plus.

DESILUCIONANTE Y ARREPENTIDO

El agua caliente , pero no la regadera, está muy descuidado, exageradamente austero, porta rollo wc, roto, desprendida rejilla de regadera, regadera tapada los orificios, por ta jabón lavabo roto. No tiene teléfono para comunicarse a recepción, no me admitían tarjeta de crédito , no había ganchos, la cama es matrimonial y no tienen más grandes, no tienen ropa de cama, es una sábana y una colcha , creo que lo mejor es el estacionamiento y eso por qué está al lado de un salón de fiestas

1.-Que por el clima hizo frio y el administrador hizo caso omiso a la petición de un cobertor mas. 2.- Que la recamara no cuenta con Teléfono para hablar a recepcion. 3.- Que no venden artículos de aseo personal. (Pasta y cepillo de dientes).
