Needs toiletries, towels, hairdryer Uncomfortable hard bed and only 2 very flat pillows. No on-site attendant

Comfortable stay but no staff to help

Beautifully located in the middle of a busy street. It was clean and we had an option to choose a room.

No one was available from 10 pm to 12 noon the next day. We didn't have room supplies (soap, shampoo, mugs for coffee, water bottles), and we didn't know who to ask. Not one person at the reception.

How this place got the grade that it did is beyond me.

location was ok

The host is absent - basically there’s no one on the property; you’re given a remote control to the gate and that’s it. I had no air in the room, not even a fan. May is the hottest month in Mexico. I’m a solo female traveler, yet the lady had no problem putting me in the room on the street. When I open the window, any walkers by can look into the room. At night I have to close it so no air. Zero amenities, no light at the entrance. The floor and furniture are dusty, two shabby dirty chairs. How this place got the grade that it did is beyond me.

We were asked to change room in the middle of the stay. This was annoying and denoted a lack of organization. The rooms have no windows. The drain from the bathroom was smelly. You can hear everything from the corridor.

No breakfast, no possible way to make tea or boil water. Beds were comfortable.

Hot water was lacking so showers were short and uncomfortable. I didn’t like having to ask for towels. I was cold at night, slept under my coat because I did not know how to ask for more blankets. I don’t like to sleep with heaters blowing on me, another blanket would have been fine!

Spacious room in perfect location!

The room and bathroom were both very big and spacious!! Lots of room!! The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. There was toiletries, towels and adequate bedding. Location was fantastic, no more than a 10 minute walk to the most common places, including the main plaza, archeological zone, tunnels, markets and the parks. The street is very quiet, clean and safe for walking at night. Absolutely loved our visit to Cholula!!

The shower was too weak. Would be great if it was stronger. We would have liked to have a small refrigerator to store food and drinks. The bed head was a bit noisy.

La actitud de la anfitrión. Es totalmente déspota y deshonesta. Nos cobró una noche más de 2 habitaciones cuando habíamos hablado con ella antes de la hora de salida que íbamos a pagar una habitación extra ya que íbamos a dejar cosas ahí para ir a desayunar y porque una amiga la noche anterior se lastimo el pie y estábamos esperando fueran por ella ya que íbamos en moto y literal antes de irnos no nos dejó salir hasta que le pagaramos las dos noches que ni se ocuparon y hasta a su esposo nos llevó para intimidarnos. Mejor eviten la mala experiencia con este hospedaje

Buena atención, muy limpio y ubicación cerca al centro .

Todo muy bien, excelente atención por parte de la anfitriona siempre estuvo al pendiente aun antes de nuestra llegada y muy amable , el cuarto muy limpio y el baño impecable y amplio, volvería a hospedarme ahí a parte está cerca del centro 👍🏻

Lo único que podría ser es que la tele tiene roku y solo si tienes streming puedes aprovecharla pero si solo es para descansar y dormir no hay tema no es necesaria.

Todo, la señorita es muy amable y te entiende muy bien, te deja todo lo necesario para que puedas entrar y salir. Muy cerquita del centro vas y vienes caminando. El lugar muy limpio y cómodo, tranquilo y se descansa muy bien. De verdad no tengo queja de nada

Que llegaron otros huespedes a las 3 1/2 de la mañana haciendo ruido, deberían ser advertidos sobre guardar silencio por respeto a los demas, de lo contrario que paguen una multa.

Me tocó una habitación en una construcción independiente en el fondo del patio, el que estaba bastante silvestre. La habitación estaba limpia pero no impecable, con algunas telas de araña. Le hace falta un poco de cariño al patio y al acceso a esa habitación ( es la más económica de las que ofrece, aunque de haber sabido, pagaba por una al interior). Recomendaria que lo mencionaran en la reseña. Un mosquitero podría servir para mantener la ventana abierta para bajar la temperatura. El agua salió fría en la mañana. La ubicación no está mal pero tampoco está tan cerca. Es una linda calle principal. Digamos que no es para repetirse.

No lo hagas!

Es la peor experiencia que he tenido en un hotel! Llegar al cuarto y se sopetón olor a coladera y todo empolvado. Me di un baño y a la hora de tener que meterme a las sábanas no estaban ni siquiera lavadas. Me encontré con RESTOS DE LAS RELACIONES DEL HUÉSPED ANTERIOR. REALMENTE ASQUEROSO! Iba por dos noches me quedé solo una porque llegué tarde como para encontrar otro lugar esa misma noche. Ya quiero ver que la dueña se duerma ahí. Un asco!
