The staff were fantastic. The location was perfect. The shower was amazing - hot and high pressure.
How do you call it a Bed and Breakfast when there is no breakfast?! Also, we had to pay for parking, which i wouldn't normally mind, but it's not specified in their literature.. I was perfectly fine parking on the street, but it seemed I had no choice.

AMAZING staff members who were really helpful with information. I felt completely safe here as a solo female traveller and the bed was INCREDIBLE. The actual room was spacious and clean with a large mirror and all the appliances I would need. The shower was great and I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely come here again and recommend it for anyone wanting to visit Cholula

Beautifully renovated property and tastefully decorated. Spacious and clean. Plenty of hot water. Lovely courtyards. We stayed in the room named Juana at the very top. Be sure to request a lower level if you don't want to climb stairs. Very friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to the pyramid, restaurants, a vibrant market and shopping.
There was a nail sticking up out of the floor that my husband cut his foot on. The receptionist, Charlotte, repaired it right away and assisted me with first aid.

Location - Location was central, very easy to walk into the centre of town. Felt very safe.
B&B - the B&B was beautifully decorated, nice music during the day. Be aware there is no elevator but if you do struggle with your bags there are ground floor rooms available. There is secure parking available directly opposite the hotel, hotel staff are happy to open this.
Room - the room was beautiful we had a large suite with a balcony, there is an extra fan in the room if you are hot, there are extra blankets if you are cold. Towels and shampoo/soap are provided. There is a wardrobe and hairdryer provided. There is a safety deposit box.
Breakfast - breakfast was included in our stay, it was continental style including bread, yogurt, cereal, tea and coffee, they even had British Tea! Which we were delighted to have in Mexico. We were offered fresh fruit and eggs in any style, we had Mexican eggs they were delicious.
Staff - the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, most of them spoke English too.
We only stayed one night but wish we had longer there and would definitely return.

It is very beautiful and they seem to have thought of everything a traveler would need. location is perfect. It was quiet (aside from fireworks, of course, beyond their control), and we felt very safe - room was so private that we could leave the door open a bit for fresh air.
Everything was wonderful, but if I had to find anything that I would have changed, the only thing would be to have an English speaking staff person at the desk. We had a bit of difficulty during check in - but, I realize this is Mexico and really we should have better Spanish. We met the owner later and she was lovely and multi-lingual.

We loved how quaint this place was. The neighborhood was great and safe and I felt completely at home. It is very close to the Market, Zocalo, and the archeology areas. We walked to everything. We will come back!!!!
I seriously can't think of anything. The breakfasts were amazing, staff catered to us with anything we needed.

Everything about this hotel was great. Fun, lively atmosphere. Great breakfast. Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Great view of the city and church domes from the terrace with church bells ringing in the distance. Simply lovely!

This a beautiful B&B at a great location. Our room was large and comfortable. The location is very convenient. There are many shops in the area. Plaza de la Concordia is very close by. We went during Christmas and there were a lot of activities going on at the plaza. Zona Arqueológica de Cholula is also walkable. We had no problems getting an Uber to Puebla as well.
We went during a cold snap and it was pretty cold (40F). The rooms are designed to stay cool during the summer. However, the B&B provided very heavy comforters and we stayed warm during the night.

The location was nice and close to the zocalo. it felt like a safe area. It was beautifully decorated and had nice common sitting areas with a great rooftop view. We had a room on the top floor and lived the location. The staff was nice. I like that it included breakfast.
The shower was hot one day, not so much the next. I think it’s normal for the area, however. It was cold and the room didn’t have a heater (also normal in Mexico), but I asked the front desk and they had a space heater to loan us. Just make sure you ask for a heater upon check in if visiting in the winter. These things weren’t a deal breaker, and I’d definitely stay here again.

Very clean and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and eager to help. We loved the town and the Bed and Breakfast was a only a couple blocks from the zocalo ( town center). Fantastic find. Great value. Highly recommend.

The B&B was centrally located, walking distance to the Zocalo, but very quiet. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was small and the water took a while to warm, but not a deal breaker. The view from the rooftop was wonderful! The property is lovely, there are plants and decorative details everywhere you turn. Check-in staff was friendly and helped us with parking, which was available for an additional cost. The continental breakfast was more than what we expected and the service and food were terrific! Would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.
Wish we could have stayed another day!

The hotel is very nice small oasis in the busy town. Nice decorated, green and spacious.
I'd like to admit that the staff is very professional and helpful there. We were warm welcomed and got any support we needed during our stay. It was really nice feeling to stay there!
We had a room on the top floor- there is a beautiful view from the terrace to the volcano and the church on top of the pyramid. The room was very clean and had everything we needed (including hairdryer, locker and free bottles of water).

Everything was perfect,
There are two houses with the same address in this town- It is very incorrect. We lost a lot of time finding the second one,
