Good but not hot water , sometimes no water at all

Me gustó la ubicación y la limpieza de la habitación; además los empleados son muy amables y te hacen sentir bienvenido.

Que no había shampoo, creo que sería lo único, todeo lo demás fue excelente, de ahí puedes caminar al centro de Cholula.

EXCELENTE CALIDAD Y SERVICIO POR EL PRECIO QUE ME DIERON

Soy muy selectivo para elegir mis hospedajes, estuve leyendo los otros comentarios y tenía preocupación pero todo fue increíble. El personal fue muy amable, no tuve problemas con la ducha que me preocupaba, la habitación muy linda y limpia, me dieron muchas promociones y los precios me parecen muy bajos para la calidad que están ofreciendo. Todo perfecto.

Contestan rápido los mensajes, ofrecen diferentes servicios que podrías utilizar en tu estancia y estan atentos de ti durante tu estancia. Me pareció un excelente servicio.

Me gustó la ubicación, en este caso que tomamos el autobus, es cerca de la central camionera y del lugar al que asistimos (Foro Cholula) estaba muy cerca. Muy silencioso y muy comodo el alojamiento.

Nunca pudimos encontrar el agua caliente, no sé si no hubo esos días o no cuentan con ello, pero tuvimos que estarnos bañando con agua tibia y por el clima de Cholula si se prestaba para que fuera con agua caliente.

Olor a drenaje no te ayudan a resolver solo te comunican con alguien por teléfono.

El señor jose nos recibió el fue amable pero no de mucha ayuda cuando le reportamos el pésimo olor de la habitación a drenaje, nos comunicó con una mujer por el teléfono que se nego a darnos su nombre, su eespuesta fue es lo que hay no puedo ir a reparar el drenaje, y esa habitación está a ese precio por estar con ese problema, le dijimos que no está anunciado el problema de drenaje y olor de lo contrario no lo habríamos bookeado, no nos quisieron cancelar la reserva y como hicimos check in alrededor de las 8 ya estábamos cansados para buscar otro, además de que perderiamos este dinero por que se negó a reembolsarnos y a ayudarnos a movernos de habitación. No pudimos dormir debido al olor y a que salieron cucarachas tuvimos que poner una maleta en la coladera de la regadera, y tapar con plástico el lavabo para poder conciliar el sueño. Por supuesto no nos bañamos en la propiedad y salimos lo más temprano posible. Ya que sin descansar teníamos un viaje largo por manejar. Muy mal el servicio y ayuda a personas de la tercera edad.

El frigobar y la ubicación relativamente cercana al centro de cholula

La pésima limpieza del baño, la ausencia del personal y que todo quiten que sea con costo extra, hasta unas galletas que se encuentran en el frigobar.
