Great place, clean, friendly staff, and it’s very safe while also being close to the historical center action.

It is very easy to find, it’s close to the historical center and the pyramid, you can walk and be there in less than 10 mins. The place has this beautiful garden you can walk around and read or work in. Also water pressure is amazing! It’s great!

The bed was a bit too firm, and they don’t have “do not disturb” signs for the door. One day I worked late and I wanted to sleep in but I had to remember to physically walk to reception to let them know I wanted them to skip cleaning while I slept in.

Needs a lot of maintenance and better ventilation in the rooms

It is very clean, it is located in front of a small comercial building

It is very very old, the pictures do not reflect the reality of the place, the gardens are not well taken care of and the rooms don’t have a single window or ventilation, everything creaks cause the wood is not well installed. And it needs a lot of maintenance, the keys are old and one of the rooms had to be checked cause the lock was crooked and we couldn’t close the door. The reception is old and dusty, but the staff is cool. In general is old and needs a lot of maintenance and some renewal.

This is a noisy truck stop with nothing to commend it. It was inexpensive but I wouldn't stay here again if it was free.

Great place overall!

The facilities are beautiful, very well kept and clean, the views of the volcanoes and the pyramid with the church on top are second to none! I highly recommend this place!

Great location and nice stay

The place is really right in the center, a great location. and the hotel is well decorated with art and murals. the pool has a great view as the terrace bar. really nice breakfast at the restaurant.

Some tiny improvements would make the place even better, like the shower has plenty of water running under the shower door, wobly toilet seat. parking was supposedly included but its actually a reasonable 100mx per 24hr.

the property is located in a very good spot - just a few minutes walk to the Archeological site of Cholula and very close to restaurants and bars. The staff was great and the rooms were very spacious. They also accept pets for an additional cost and there is plenty of room for the dogs to run in the garden. It is a beautiful property in an old Hacienda.

It was very very very cold in the room. There is no heating or AC, which is quite normal for Mexico but the temperature in the room was actually unpleasant and we had to ask for additional blankets. The room we stayed in also did not have a window (from what I could see other rooms in the other wing of the building did have) which also contributed to the cold feeling in the room. No window in the bathroom either, so after a 2 day stay the odor in the bathroom started being very heavy.

Bed was horrible, very hard and uncomfortable. Water temperature was horrible, either too cold or too hot. Also there was very limited hair dryers and I never got to use one because they were always in use.

I don't understand why they put a TV if it's impossible to watch with such small display and only one channel available. No windows in the rooms.

Very good place to stay, excellent value

The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are spotless. There's daily housekeeping. The attention of the personnel is excellent.

The restaurant onsite opens at 9 (on the day I went, it was later than that), which is inconvenient if you want an early start. Other places nearby are the same, except Starbucks, a ten-minute walk. I used the pool only once -- it didn't feel 100% clean, but maybe that was just me. It's gigantic, so I can't imagine how they could maintain it. Otherwise, the place is very nice and an amazing value.

My son and I will always stay at this property whenever we find ourselves in the area again

This is a beautiful property with gorgeous grounds

My only complaint was the room was never really dark when sleeping. The drapes are stationary and a light is outside the room. However everything else was lovely.
