Our day was good overall.

Location from downtown was reasonable. We liked the fact we could leave our car in front of our room. That was good overall, the place was a bit cheap in terms of the room fixtures.

Great location to see the town, walkable to many sights and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. We liked that they were pet friendly with no hidden charges (many hotels say they are pet friendly but then charge fees that almost double the cost of the room), had secure parking for vehicles, and had a good breakfast included.

Nothing, it's a simple room with the basics, but met our needs for the stay and we would stay again!

Sleep warm but bathe cold

The room had good size and it also had a table and two chairs, the bathroom wasnt big but it is just the space needed. The room was also well sealed, the night was cold outside but inside was warm and they also give you two blankets to cover you. If you are planning to stay here, please consider that the bed and the two pillows are little tough, from our part we didnt have big problems and managed to get comfy but it is something to know and consider if you arent use to sleep like this.

There wasnt hot water all the time in the shower, you have to let the water running for 10 minutes to discover if there was or not, which is a big waste of water. The door lock was pretty weak and the window of our bathroom didnt have a lock, we requested a rope to tie it up and make it more secure.

exceptional value for money in a great location.

outstanding value for money. comfortable and clean. great nights sleep. you get a traditional Mexican breakfast which was a great experience. great location - close to the pyramid and to the square. good parking for our car and utility trailer. beautiful gardens which made the stay very relaxing.

I will return again and request the same room. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

I didn't try the breakfast as I went for a hike and returned after breakfast. The hotel met my expectations and I will return in April. Very good shower with lots of hot water.

The wi-fi worked only if I sat close to the window. otherwise everything was to my satisfaction.

Pésimo servicio y no respetan los precios de booking

Que tiene buena ubicación

Que no respetaron el precio, reservación que había hecho en booking. Al llegar al lugar el señor no fue amable al inicio y dijo que a él no le había llegado ninguna información. Al ingresar a la recepción nos dijo que ya han subido el precio, que no habían actualizado en booking y que solo tenía una habitación. La habitación descuidada, no cumplió con lo que ofrecía la descripción del lugar. Nos quedamos ahí porque ya era de madrugada.

Tranquilo, cómodo y atención regular.

En relación al precio, está cómodo, tranquilo, acepta mascotas sin costo, bien ubicado, Farmacia Guadalajara a una cuadra para comprar, céntrico en Cholula.

Cuando llegamos a la habitación no había artículos de higiene personal ni toallas, tuvimos que salir a recepción a solicitarlos. Necesitan mejorar mucho la atención al cliente, ya que cuando llamé para confirmar mi reserva, quien me respondió fue apatico y al final no me dió su nombre y me colgó la llamada cuando pregunté “¿con quién tengo el gusto?” Pero al llegar en el trato directo fue aceptable.

esta cerca del zocalo de san pedro cholula, cerca de la plaza explanada puebla y demas plazas comerciales y lugares como chipilo

es la segunda vez que me alojo en este hotel, me toco la misma habitación. la rejilla d ela coladera de la regadera estaba suelta, la llave del lavado media descompuesta, el hotel apesar de tener cajones de estacionamiento, les permite al huésped, dejar sus carros en el pasillo de la habitacion, lo que lo hace molesto, el escuchar el ruido del carro y al huesped

Muy buena estancia

Pudimos estacionarnos sin problema, las habitaciones muy limpias y el personal respetuoso, no hubo problemas con las cosas que llevábamos. No hubo ruidos inconvenientes ni interrupciones.

Que no había otro cobertor extra, yo tenía mucho frío. Las sabanas muy limpias al igual que las colchas pero las persianas no cerraban bien.
