Good place, but needs maintenance.

Location, furniture, all was great.

Maintenance of the facilities, there were leaks in two of the rooms. We had to switch rooms but still stayed in one with a leak.

Comfortable and clean. Very central to town.

The room was clean and comfortable. The maintenance staff was excellent.

We arrived around 4:00 p.m. If we had arrived after 5:00, we don't know what we would've done to check in. We were helped by the restaurant on the premises for check-in. We weren't notified about self check in.

Cute space - private and tucked away from the main street.

The door code was confusing. We got locked out at one point and had to wait for staff to travel 30 min to open it for us. Also, the air conditioner was really loud and annoying.

For the money, this place is amazing. Close to everything and large, modern.

A/C unit kept making a weird noise every few seconds, kind of like a buzzing. This never stopped. Can hear your neighbors and people partying at the restaurant on site. Noise stopped around 10 so wasn’t a major issue.

La ubicación es inmejorable para conocer el centro de Cholula y la zona arqueológica. Los lofts cumplen con todo: son limpios, muy bien equipados y con buenos acabados. El encargado es muy amable y atento a las necesidades.

El agua caliente en la regadera no es muy consistente. No me consta, pero sospecho que los lofts comparten calentador, por lo que si un loft se acaba el agua caliente, los otros lofts quedan con agua tibia/fría.

Es bonito pero mi experiencia no fue la mejor

Es un lugar bonito y bien ubicado. Contestan rápidamente si tienes alguna situación.

Cuando llegué, había trabajadores comiendo en la habitación, limpiaron pero se quedó el olor a comida. El wifi no servía bien en el loft 2. La cama estaba llena de cabellos, amablemente la cambiaron al otro día pero la experiencia se ve afectada.

Que sea hotel "autónomo"que digan que tienen restaurante cuando está fuera de servicio y que se les haya terminado el gas y no hubiera agua caliente. Eso fue completamente inaceptable. Además, 2 perros de las casas vecinas ladrando mañana, tarde y noche. La entrada, da como miedo porque es la entrada de una vecindad. Por eso mis siguientes dos estancias me he hospedado con excelente servicio el la Quinta Galindo, en la misma calle.

La dificultad para ingresar, piden que pagues antes por liga de pago o transferencia o amenazan con dejarte sin hospedaje, el piso del baño está muy peligroso.

La habitación es muy cómoda. Limpieza absoluta. No hay ruidos del exterior. La atención en el restaurante es de primera. Los alimentos de muy buena calidad Instalaciones que hacen de ti viaje sentirte relajado.

Excelente en todos los sentidos.

Superó mis expextstivas al 300%. En verdad una propiedad preciosa, un oasis en medio de Cholula, tiene spa! Un servicio increíble, moderno, eficiente, extra limpio. Tiene TODAS las comodidades y hasta más! Prueben el spa, que sorpresa más excelente. Volvería quedarme aquí mil veces. No me esperaba algo así, realmente reservé de último momento y fue la mejor opción!

A.C NO FUNCIONA. El resto es genial y muy bueno.

Todo estaba muy bonito y muy bien ubicado, buena seguridad y muy recomendable si no necesitas AC.

El AIRE ACONDICIONADO NO FUNCIONA, y no enfría nada, muy viejo y hace un ruido cada 1 minuto que no te deja dormir en nada. Recomiendo cambiarlo, le daria un 10 si hubiera funcionado el AC. Este lugar lo pague por esa razon y la verdad muy decepcionado me voy por pagar algo que no funciona y era nuestra prioridad. No DORMIMOS NADA ESA NOCHE.

Excelente lugar

El lugar está escondido a simple vista, pero entrando se deja conocer totalmente, las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y cuentan con todo lo necesario. Se puede gozar de privacidad. Esta a pasos del centro y de la zona arqueológica, así que no tuvimos que preocuparnos por el regreso. Cuenta con una terraza, que hace muy ameno todo.
