great staff and good location

No air conditioning. The lights from across the street were too bright and could not be darkened.

The fact that you could hear a pin drop, very quiet and comfortable, just what I was looking for. Very friendly and attentive staff

I only stayed for a very short time, but during that time the staff was very friendly and the hotel grounds and room was nice.

HUGE DISSERVICE DUE TO THE HOTEL NOT UPDATING THEIR INFO WITH BOOKING. WE HD TO WAUT TWO HOURS FOR OUR ROOM!! We had a terrible experience with the staff, Mr Evaristo at the reception could not find the booking in the system because apparently he had not acces to the company email where booking is sending the confirmation. And instead of communicating with the OYÓ Managment (the hotel chain managing the branch) he was keep saying that was booking fault, after more than on hour and half waiting for someone for booking to understand the situation was clear that Evaristo he no idea or the password on how to access the system needed to see the reservation from booking. although after 2 ours he receive a screenshot on his phone with the reservation and still he was not really confirming that that was the reservation. he also lied when I was trying to understand if a room was free. moreover he did not try to help or propose a solution. he literally just kept saying that was booking fault at the end was clear that the hotel is not able to see reservation coming from booking. DO NOT BOOK VIA BOOKING BECAUSE PROBABLY THE SAME WILL HAPPEN.

The restaurant is open after 8 o’clock in the morning it’s should be early then that, at least 7 o’clock

Nice stuff, and easy walking distance to downtown. Was clean and easy to access.

Internet connection did not reach to my room

In the room next to me a girl was screaming and crying for hours. First they were clearly having sex but then it turned into something that sounded terrifying and violent. At some point I saw the girl run through the hallway crying trying to escape and then the guy dragging her back. The hotel refused to do anything about it. They werent even willing to refund my room since i didnt sleep all night.

The room and hotel were very clean. Front desk staff were helpful with transportation information. Ladies did a great job of cleaning the room daily.

The hotel is located in a quiet street yet it's still central. It has comfy big beds, well equipped bathroom. There is a restaurant that offers a buffet, we did not try it but it's good to have the option. The pool looks great too.

There wasn’t enough light, there was only one lightbulb which wasn’t enough.

the safe in the room didn’t work. the hair dryer didn’t work. the door periodically wouldn’t lock after closing it. there were ants in the bathroom. the worst part, however, was that there was literally no soundproofing. you could hear every door bang and every conversation in the hallway, even if the people were 30 meters away. it was impossible to sleep and the reception refused to move us to a quieter room.

no chairs or lounge chairs at pool, i am baffled why they just don’t buy 4. my guess when no chairs, no one will use the pool. also no way bar and restaurant should close at 2:30pm. that is a head scratcher

They said I did not show up for one of the reservations so they charged me a NO SHOW fee. I did show, and explained everything and they chose to bill my credit card the next day without consent. Best to avoid this hotel.

While location is not by the Zocalo, it is only a few blocks away. Rooms are very clean. Staff is friendly. The pool is well kept. I've returned a few times.

The hotel was excellent except the first room was facing the street and was noisy. After they moved me to an inner room it was much better.

The soundproofing of the rooms could be improved.

Great large room, very comfortable and clean. Only issue was that whenever the upstairs people moved their chairs, the scraping noise could wake you up and the pipes were noisy when an adjacent room used the water. We didn't have breakfast there, so can't comment. Location was great, close to the market and a 7 minute walk to Plaza Concorde

Noise from other rooms was the only issue.
