Clean, excellent staff and location - but SO noisy!

The staff were really amazing, they had fun with us and even though we shamefully don’t speak a work of Spanish, they really worked with us with the google translate. There were a couple of members of staff who spoke English and they were great fun. The shower was also fantastic - it nearly knocked me over first time I got in! The location was absolutely superb- we just walked to everything, easy to find and the parking was great!

The bed was pretty uncomfortable, I felt really cold which as a Scottish girl is crazy!!! I actually slept fully clothed and all the blankets and I still felt cold. It was also crazy noisy all through the night. I had read this on reviews but I just thought it could be that bad. It was. Not just the noise from the street, but also people in the corridor. The cleaners - woah! Shouting early in the morning and their walkie talkies turned up, it was like they were in the room with us.

This hotel is close to everything I needed. My motorcycle was safe in a private lot with a guard.

Comfy and ample spotless room at good price

I appreciated the location, cleaning, facilities and privacy. The decoration is simple and includes all necessary furniture. The personnel is professional and friendly. The bedroom was big including a walking closet.

Good location in Cholula

Very well located hotel, area feels safe and is a very big property. They have good food for breakfast and lunch. Unfortunately the staff at the reception were not the most friendly ones and our room phone was not working so we had to constantly walk there if we wanted something.

We liked the design of the hotel. The shower pressure.

Lack of service by the staff. Reception staff hardly greets you. They tried to rip me off when I checked in by putting 22150 MXN into the card machine when the total cost was 2215 MXN luckily I've noticed it quickly. No apology from the staff for this error. Feel it was intentional. There is hardly any security at the premise. Only at the entrance and parking. And the guy just sits on a chair all day doing nothing. Cleaning staff was friendly they greet you. The room that we had was really far im the back next to a main road. So we could hear cars a lot. The walls are thin you can hear the neighbors. Bathroom is very outdated and small, so is the bedding and linnen. Overall we did not got a great vibe from this hotel, which felt more like a motel. For the price I guess it was ok since we stayed 4 days. And the location is great next to Zocalo. But they really need to improve the quality of service and staff. We did not feel welcomed. They have teenagers running the reception with zero skills.

the charming courtyard, the spacious rooms, the small balcony. the location. I had to use wifi very early in the morning and for some reason it didn't work so I called the reception and it was fixed promptly.

Woukd gladly stay again.

The rooms were clean. Had great water pressure. Plenty of hot water. Lots of spaces to sit and visit. Wifi worked great in our room.

It is an older building which means it has some flaws. However we saw staff painting and doing upkeep. This isn't really a negative.

Nice little hotel in the center of Cholula

The location of this hotel is perfect, it is in the centre of the town. We went for a tour and dinner in the little place just around the corner. The room was spacious enough, and had its old time charm with all the wooden furniture.

No elevator in the part we were on, would not be a problem for young people like us... but it was our fault, to be moving our big 23kg luggage all around Mexico...

Great value for money and one block from centre

The room was BIG. Clean shower, sink outside the bathroom. Nice building. They had parking places and the gardens were nice. Close to the centre and a lot of restaurants.

All good, maybe include some kettle to heat up some water in the room to fix yourself a tea.

it is a lovely place to stay but make sure you stay on level 3 or you will hear people above you all night.

Very good

Rooms are fair sized and quiet. The location is very convenient, including free parking for hotel guests. The hotel is close to nice restaurants and bars, banks and shops of art and handcrafts.

No bell boy, third floor without elevator. Only one key card worked. The receptionist did not seem to be interested.

Superb

The property was really nice and cute. Me and my parents loved being able to open the doors to our small balcony. The location is perfect because it’s only a block away from el centro, but you’re able to quiet down after exploring town all day.
