Location was great, not far from CH and FR. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Lovely staff, they treated me like family. Clean rooms and bathrooms.

The location is definitely the best if you are planning to go to Vitra campus. It's only 10 minutes walk away. There's a tram stop, train station, and a big mall literally right in front of the hotel.
The building generally had a classic vibe but the shower and toilet were all new and very clean.
The staffs were all friendly and helpful. After the checkout the reception helped me get a cab and it only took 10 minutes to get to the Basel airport. (Around 40 euros)
Nothing really. Oh, just be aware that there's no elevator.

Well located for access to Basel. The connected restaurant served delicious food and good prices.
Walls are a bit thin, but it was mostly quiet.

Excellent breakfast, friendly and attentive staff and excellent value for money rather than stopping in Basel. Small room but comfortable and clean
room did not have en suite facilities but showers and toilets accessible and clean
