Great location on the upper floors of the shopping center. The interesting landmark, the Three Countries Bridge, is nearby. It’s convenient to park the car.
There are nice spots to grab a bite and take a pleasant walk. The nearby waterfronts are beautiful for strolling.
The rooms are quite spacious and clean, but there are a few aspects that could be improved.
We parked the car in the parking lot, but it took us quite a while to find the reception.

Spacious room. Facilities are good. Staff are friendly. Location is central if you want to go Swiss or France.
Just one night housekeeper did not clean our room. That’s all.

The rooms are huge. Staff was very nice and capable.
I would never book this again if traveling by car. And maybe not even without one. Super busy mall that’s attached to the hotel. Traffic getting in was awful. There is no easy way to get to the hotel from where their free parking is. Breakfast wasn’t a good value. Limited food selections for the price.
