A nice place to stay

Great location on the upper floors of the shopping center. The interesting landmark, the Three Countries Bridge, is nearby. It’s convenient to park the car. There are nice spots to grab a bite and take a pleasant walk. The nearby waterfronts are beautiful for strolling. The rooms are quite spacious and clean, but there are a few aspects that could be improved.

We parked the car in the parking lot, but it took us quite a while to find the reception.

The rooms are huge. Staff was very nice and capable.

I would never book this again if traveling by car. And maybe not even without one. Super busy mall that’s attached to the hotel. Traffic getting in was awful. There is no easy way to get to the hotel from where their free parking is. Breakfast wasn’t a good value. Limited food selections for the price.

Perfect stay!

Our family liked a lot this hotel. It’s located in a very interesting place - cross border of three countries. The family room in the hotel is spacious, bigger than the hotels usually have it, very clean. The stuff is helpful. The breakfast provides you with the vast choice of food. And the parking is free. Thank you.

Hotel and staff were lovely but car park awful

Staff were very friendly and helpful

Car park was appalling. The top floors of the public car park were meant to be free for hotel customers but the car park was being refurbished and the top floors were closed. No mention of this on their website. Car park was extremely busy because over 100 spaces were unavailable it took us an hour to get to the top and back down again. Eventually we were offered a reservable hotel space for an extra €10

It was incorrectly advertised and presented. The hotel is basically built into a multi story car park above a shopping centre in a very ugly part of Basel. It was massively over priced and over presented. We are really very disappointed and will be writing very negative reviews about the hotel, the cost, the location and the fact it was massively over priced. Complete rip off and disappointing. Not happy!

Good value for money, right near the pedestrian bridge to Muehlhausen

Clean large room, excellent layout and space, combined with clean and modern attire

Location is above a mall, not the greatest folks hanging out around the place, parking is on the backside in the mall garage, to get back to the lobby you need to use the parking elevator all the way down to take another hotel elevator all the way up.

Nice hotel in a not very nice area

Despite the area was busy, the room was quiet. Pillows were very good, which is always difficult for me. There was a lot of space in the room and even a kitchen. It has view to the river

It was not exactly spotless clean. I found first spiderwebs and dust between the beds, then the toilet was not properly cleaned, but did not want to complain, nit to make too much of a fuss. When I had a shower and found dried blood on it was just too much. I went to complain and the staff were friendly and apologetic, but the cleaner was not. She insisted that i made the toilet dirty and said it was not a blood stain in the shower. The bathroom was indeed a bit stinky because we used it but we were not the ones who left it dirty. the cleaner behaved very rude and blame us for the dirt. The pictures of the blood stain are from after she started cleaning it, it was much worse

Disappointed

Good location, tram stop right next to the hotel.

Not very well cleaned rooms. Water pressure from shower is less than adequate and controlling the temperature is almost impossible - it's either burning hot or freezing cold. Beds were okay but not the best. Room had no towels, I had to get them from the reception. Regardless what they claim on their website, different pillows or bathrobes are not available. Not a 4-star experience.

Very good hotel right next to the airport!

The hotel is located in a shopping mall 11 minutes from EuroAirport. We stayed there for one night and left early in the morning (before breakfast) to catch our flight. The hotel is new and modern and located few minutes from France, Switzerland and Germany. Great value for money!

If we have to - access to the parking lot is impossible from the hotel itself. You have to take the hotel's elevator to the mall and go from there to the mall's elevators (free parking is available on floors 6-7). Not really complicated but not really comfortable either.

Excellent value for money accommodation with new and comfortable facilities

My usual stop over during long drive between Netherlands and Switzerland. Excellent breakfast. Easy parking. Excellent view from roof terrace to the three-point bridge straddling Germany France and Swiss. Big room and brand new bathroom.
