There were no kettle in the room, no fridge, no safe.

Were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. It's clean, comfortable, the duvets were of good quality. Almost no outside noise, despite being in a busier neighbourhood. There is an option for aircon in the summer, we didn't need it as we were here in January. There was also an option to close outside blinds to fully black out the room, which was great. Super close to the tram station that takes you straight into the inner city of Basel. All in all great location.
Only downside is that we could hear our neighbours pretty well, the walls in our particular room were quite thin it seemed like. But not so bad we wanted to ask to change rooms of anything like that.

Super clean, big comfortable bed ( two large single beds connected - perfect for myself and my 7th year old son), outdoor automatic roller blinds which gave us super quality sleep, no light early morning

Very Smelly Toilettes. Paper in toilette. Soap is the worst I had. Shampoo tiny bit good for nothing. Electrical box in bathroom for heating water for shower makes funny noise. Feared it can electrify the shower. )-:. Very old heavy blanket. The Hotel should be more generous and use better quality shower soaps
