Lovely room with comfortable beds. Short distance from Basel.

The property was very nice and is in a very convenient location. It is right next to a Lidl, so it's easy to go and get an early morning breakfast treat. It is only a short walk from the station, and from there it is only a 10-minute tram ride to Basel. The room itself was bigger than we expected, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. It may not seem like much on the outside, but it is a really good hotel for the price paid. I would definitely consider coming again.

Getting the keys to the property was alright, but the time on the website and on the door where there should have been staff was incorrect. There was no staff at check-in, and we instead had to ring and get the key from the dropbox. It was only a minor annoyance though as the rest of the stay was lovely.

If you are looking for a clean and normal hotel and want to get away from the high prices in Basel, this is a good choice.

However, one should keep in mind that the hotel does not have a nice and cozy location!

Desert stay! OK for tired lorry drivers. Decent price, compared to hotels around.

Breakfast was OK, correct and well served. No airco, but fan was working. Sanitaries perfect. Lidl shop next door. Nice walk to streetcar stop Kesselhaus to Basel

All-day noise because of trucks passing customs there. NO AIRCO, so during these hot days windows remained open all night. Window closing did not work correctly, therefore no possibility to leave one window safely open.

It was very close to the highway from Karlsruhe to Basel and also in the same building as a snackbar (which we didn’t visit). Additionally, right across from the parking lot there is a supermarket. The breakfast buffet was good.

The quality of the hotel is not so great. Towels, sheets, doors, windows are all in poor condition, (and some things were actually broken) which is something you would not expect for this kind of money. Additionally, it is very close to the custom’s stop on the highway. I was woken up often during the night by the sound of trucks stopping and starting.

Quit place to sleep, perfect location next to the highway, friendly staff and a good breakfast. Also not expensive :). I was running late and the reception was closed but i got an early call from the hotel and they arranged a roomkey for me, very nice!

Location is close to the border and expressway, that’s good. Clean rooms and good facility

A truck depot and carpentry is close so these are quite loud at night.

Budget hotel not recommended.

NO AIRCONDITIONING. Was not fun on a 32C day. While located close to Basel, this is a budget hotel charging above budget prices. The photos seen before booking do not match what the rooms are. It is also a very noisy place.

Very poor

Perfect for a late evening dash off the autobahn, to sleep then get back on the road first thing. Turkish restaurant on ground floor.

In late July the room was outrageously hot. All night. With the window open. I had a cold shower at 4am to try and cool off. Didn’t work. But otherwise the room was fine.

Vpohodě na jednu noc.

Rozumně vyřešený jednolůžkový pokoj v dobré lokalitě poblíž nábřeží za rozumnou cenu. Lahev vody zdarma.

Než jsem se detailnějc zaměřil na postel, bylo vše O.K. Dám pryč polštář, nahoře při kraji postele box se zásuvkou. Říkám "Oukej" a kuknu zezadu - naférovku hnědej a modrej drát. Oukej :-D. Přemýšlím co s tím, abych si v noci nezajiskřil, pak ztrácím odvahu a hledám druhej konec. Je za skříňkou s lednicí, která ...spíš zvlažňuje než chladí. No, oukej. Odsunu ten kus nábytku, zjistim že už to někdo dělal přede mnou jak je to rozpadlý, a ...oukej - podobně zmastěná vydlice i na druhé straně - hnědej a modrej, izolace v režimu "I don't care" (nezájem). Opatrně to vyndám, pro jistotu i ledničku, zásuvka u toho málem upadne ze zdi, a jdu se umejt do koupelny. Tam podobně vodsyslenej fén ...oukej :-D. To už jsem málem lehl smíchy. No, pünktlich Německo, tohle se ti úplně nepovedlo. Ale jakože ...na jednu noc pro McGyvera ...asi oukej :-D :-D
