Camera pulitissima, con bagno, frigo, macchinetta del caffè e bollitore, piccola tv e cassaforte. Omaggio acqua e biscottini, un pensiero gentile. Posizione centrale ma super tranquilla (noi ci siamo stati verso fine ottobre). Piccolo terrazzo che si affaccia sulla baia. Ci siamo trovati proprio bene.
Nulla. Forse avrei messo meno cartelli ed avvisi… magari riunendo tutte le avvertenze in un unico foglio da consegnare agli ospiti.

Far better to stay here, and take the P/11 bus in to Porto Venere-(just make sure you catch it in the right direction unless you want a tour of Spezia 😬😂)
Clean and perfectly acceptable accommodation, with a great little shop right next door, and a limited choice of good restaurants nearby.
Our room had the “private bathroom but not en-suite”, and normally this would have been a small issue. However, since nobody was staying in the e adjoining room, we had the entire complex to ourselves.

Einfache, günstige Einrichtung ist gelungen.
Unterkunft befindet sich in einer Privatwohnung. Das private Bad ist von innen nicht abschliessbar (nur mit Schlüssel, was sehr umständlich ist - siehe Bild vom Schlüsselbund). Um ins Bad zu gelangen muss man über einen Flur. Aussicht vom Balkon auf eingelagert Schiffe (siehe Bild). Nicht genügend Steckdosen (z.B. für Wasserkocher). Preis absolut nicht gerechtfertigt.
