Communication was excellent from the team. It's a wonderful spot in the middle of the town.
The stairs - Cornigilia is not for the faint of heart - there are no lifts so make sure you pack light.
We were travelling with large luggage which was difficult in a small room. We were told we had aircon - but they removed the aircon remote. As the room was facing a restaurant, there was quite a bit of noise seeping from the window and we did not feel comfortable opening the window for ventilation. The room is well reflected in the photos but the common area/rooftop view is on the very top level with steep stairs.
