Great location! The room was clean, the balcony and view were amazing, and I really appreciate the little details that went into making me feel welcome (snacks and limoncello in the room upon check in!).
Just an fyi, mosquitos will get in with the balcony door open. I travel with a little repellant plug in, and that worked to keep them away from me!

Communication was excellent from the team. It's a wonderful spot in the middle of the town.
The stairs - Cornigilia is not for the faint of heart - there are no lifts so make sure you pack light.
We were travelling with large luggage which was difficult in a small room. We were told we had aircon - but they removed the aircon remote. As the room was facing a restaurant, there was quite a bit of noise seeping from the window and we did not feel comfortable opening the window for ventilation. The room is well reflected in the photos but the common area/rooftop view is on the very top level with steep stairs.
