Not stocked well for kitchen or cleaning. No paper towel or napkins, no kitchen towels. Cleanliness was ok. Streets and finding the place was a bit confusing. Contact was not overly helpful. Once there, place was fine.

What breakfast????? There wasn’t any.

I wish I was better informed on the location of the property. There were many stairs!! There is no elevator in the apartment. If you stay here pack extremely light, do not bring a big suitcase. I wish the hostess gave more information ahead of time on how to check in. there was a lot of coordination to meet with her and she still hasn’t sent my receipt. She wanted payment upfront, but my credit card would not go through. You have to connect to their Wi-Fi, I think they prefer cash. The views were amazing! The terrace was beautiful. You must understand, the terrace is a shared area, which can be fun meeting new people, but again I wish that was explained.

The location was amazing. The views were incredible and it offers a private balance from the bedroom and a shared roof top deck. I loved that it had a kitchen and just a little extra space.

Do not trust the owner

CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE. We booked this place for 4 nights and when we got there, the owner sent us to another place in the other part of Corniglia without saying anything. He sent a link for us to pay for the 4 nights. Thankfully we called Booking and they helped us with the process of finding another place - but still, we lost one night and had to wait the next morning until check-in time.

We loved our stay at Giumin and want to say thank you for helping make our trip unforgetable!

The apartment was situated high above the sea in Corniglia, and our view was spectacular. There are a few stairs to navigate when you get to Corniglia but it adds to the European experience and was not as issue for us at all - it just means that we earnt our limoncellos (also amazing was the lemon and basil gelato that we had to taste test several times in Corniglia) the town was the perfect location for us - quieter than the other 4 villages but had everything that we needed - delicious restaurants and cafes within a 2 minute walk of leaving our apartment. And easy access to hiking trails and the train station - if you dont want to take the stairs to the train station the main road is quite easy to walk up and down, even with luggage (although it is uphill from the station, and its about 2km walk. Shuttle buses were running too) We loved ever minute

There was nothing that we didnt like about our stay and just hope to be able to make it back here again one day!

The view was amazing. Lovely spacious apartment for two people with all the equipment necessary. Great to have coffee pods provided also.

It doesn't say just how much of a climb upto the apartment it is - especially when you've luggage. We are a very fit couple and we found it tough carrying our bags up from the main square. But I still would stay here again- just pack lighter!!

Spacious and we'll equipped apartment, amazing see view from the terrace, optimal location as a starting point for the most beautiful paths of the area.

The toilet flush was malfunction the first day but it was quickly fixed by the staff, the majority of the towels were stained.

Einfach traumhaft, wahnsinniger Blick auf das Meer, super sauber, groß , tolle Ausstattung und phantastische Lage . Super netter Besitzer- wir haben die Unterkunft spontan 10 Minuten bevor wir da waren gebucht. Das war überhaupt kein Problem-wir haben am Handy alle notwendigen Infos zum Einchecken bekommen. Die Abreise war genauso unkompliziert. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen!

No esperes que el dueño te ayude en nada

Lo mejor de todo es la ubicacion. Desde la terraza se ve la costa y la puesta de sol.

La comunicación con el dueño es pésima. Te escribe unos días antes preguntandote a que hora llegas y tú todo preocupado intentando darle una hora exacta para no molestarte ya que te figuras que no vive ahí. Cuando llegas lo primero de todo es que la calle no aparece en Google Maps correctamente y le preguntas donde queda y te dice claramente en el número 34 (gracias ...), le preguntas a unas señoras majas del pueblo y ya consigues encontrar el piso. Le escribes que estas ahí, no hay respuesta, le llamas, te lo coge para preguntarte super borde si estas en la calle del piso, total para decirte cual es el codigo de la puerta, que te podría haber dicho cualquier día por el chat en vez de esperarse a que llegases. En general cuando hablas con él parece que le estes molestando. Subes al piso y no esta mal, olor raro a producto quimico, el baño poco limpio en general, el espejo todo manchado de intentar limpiarlo, la ducha la puerta esta rota, etc. Bueno, sin más. La famosa terraza es compartida con todos los otros pisos pero aún así esta bien. Decidimos hacer nuestra colada allí, la lavadora tiene unas manchas negras feísimas por dentro. Después de hacer la colada vemos que el único sitio para tender es dos cuerdas en la terraza, inmediatamente vemos que hay como 4 pinzas. Bueno... los días estan soleados y calmados, nos la jugamos. A la mañana siguiente me despierto con un montón de ropa volada a los edificios de enfrente, tengo que trepar muros, coger una escoba, llamar a la vecina de al lado para que me abra su jardín, un show la verdad. Intento contactar al dueño para ver si tiene llaves del cobertizo de enfrente o conoce a quien, aún sigo esperando que me conteste... Parece que odie a los turistas. No merece la pena por las vistas, que puedes realmente ver lo mismo desde otros sitios del pueblo. No recomendado.

An einem solchen wunderbaren Ort so eine herrliche Wohnung in traumhafter Lage

Bemerkenswert an der Unterkunft ist, dass es einen Balkon und zusätzlich eine große Terrasse gibt. Letztere muss man zwar mit anderen Bewohnern teilen, ist aber bei der Größe kein Problem. Der Balkon ist sehr klein, reicht aber für zwei Stühle um den Morgenkaffee genießen zu können. Wir waren im Frühjahr da, es war wegen dem Wind sehr kühl, trotz Sonnenschein, aber die Heizung hat sehr gut funktioniert. Im Bad leider nicht, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Die Küche ist sehr geräumig und bietet neben dem Luxus einer Spülmaschine auch sonst alles, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Ein großer Tisch sorgt für ausreichend Gemütlichkeit beim Essen. Auch hier ist der Ausblick wegen der bodentiefen Fenster auf das Meer atemberaubend. Schlafzimmer und Küche sind voneinander getrennt. Zusätzlich gibt es einen kleinen aber sehr zweckmäßigen Flur. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, die Wäsche kann auf dem Balkon aufgehängt werden. Im Schlafzimmer ist ein Sofa, das auch zum Schlafen genutzt werden könnte, so dass die Wohnung auch für drei passend wäre.

Die Wohnung war nicht so leicht zu finden und wir irrten mit unserem Gepäck etwas treppauf und treppab, aber der Vermieter konnte uns telefonisch hilfreich zur Seite stehen. Hilfreicher Tip: Die Wohnung ist am höchsten Punkt des Ortes.

Ressourçant et magnifique !

Une vue magnifique sur la mer depuis le lit, un panorama incroyable depuis la terrasse. Une cuisine bien équipée, une ruelle pleine de charme, un village pittoresque accessible en train. En janvier, les villages et sentiers sont inoccupés, et magiques.

En période hivernale, les épiceries et restaurants ferment pour la plupart, il faut prévoir de quoi manger. Le sentier azzuro est fermé, il faut prévoir les randonnées par les terres, beaucoup plus sportive.

Geweldig verblijf gehad in het mooiste dorpje van de Cinque Terre

De accommodatie zit op een geweldige locatie met prachtig uitzicht. Het is een fijne plek om je terug te trekken van de drukte op straat. Vanuit elke kamer zeezicht en een fijne keuken. De trappen naar Corniglia zijn goed te doen! Met een rolkoffer is het handiger om de shuttle te nemen :)

De kussens waren niet erg comfortabel.
