The room was nice and the bathroom large enough, very clean. Very nice view and also the restaurant on site has excellent food.

Everything good! Bit of advice: need a car to reach the property, but since we had one it was perfect; can park the car for free just in front of the restaurant.

A peaceful, welcoming stay with stunning views, a beautifully bright room, and easy access to some beautiful cove beache

The breathtaking view truly stole the show. Our room was spotless, beautifully appointed, and filled with natural light, its subtle decor created a serene and peaceful atmosphere throughout our stay. While there’s no on-site restaurant, several charming local spots are just a short distance away. The host was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.

If I had to nitpick, the only minor issue was the fridge, it didn’t get quite as cold as I like, though that’s probably just me being overly fond of ice-cold drinks. Honestly, it’s a tiny detail and shouldn’t deter you from seriously considering this place.

Amazing time at PZ and can't wait to come again one day!

PZ was clean, had amazing staff, and beautiful views. We loved grabbing breakfast and/or lunch at the cafe just a few steps from our rooms and spending time taking in the views from the spacious balcony outside our rooms. The hospitality of the owners was really a highlight of our entire trip.

We were surprised that the villa was a bit of a drive to any of the towns of Cinque Terre. At first glance on the booking.com listing, it looks like PZ is practically right in town, but it's actually a shuttle ride. While this came as a surprise, we really had no issue with it. PZ has a shuttle system that comes every 45 minutes and takes you right to town, and the hosts are more than happy to provide you with taxi contacts. We would DEFINITELY stay here again. The location allowed for a beautiful view and quiet oasis from the hustle and bustle of town.

Entspannter Aufenthalt mit herrlicher Aussicht!

Außerordentlich nette Gastgeber, die uns super Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben haben. Die Aussicht war phantastisch, die Zimmer sehr sauber. Hatten sogar ein Parkplatz direkt bei der Unterkunft, in der Gegend nicht selbstverständlich. Tolles Café direkt bei der Unterkunft. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Etwas zu weit um nach Vernazza oder Levanto zu laufen aber es gibt Busse.

Stanza pulita e molto comoda, in una posizione perfetta: tranquilla, tra le colline, a circa 20-30 minuti dai paesi delle Cinque Terre. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Inoltre, il bar accanto è comodissimo per fare colazione.

El lugar es precioso y muy tranquilo. Hermosa vista para el desayuno en la terraza del lugar. La atención excelente, el desayuno abundante. Hay una persona que habla español eso me ayudo. Las habitaciones limpias y super prolijo todo. Se llega bien con GPS y auto. En auto a 10 minutos de Monterosso.

Novo, čisto, ustreza opisu. Odlično za eno noč na poti po Cinque Terre. Prijazni gostitelji. V sobi je hladilnik. V bližnji restavraciji dobite dober English breakfast za 13€ ali italijanskega za manj kot 5€.

Do Vernazze je ca 10km po cesti navzdol (zračne linije pa zgolj 1km). Razgleda s sobe ali terase ni, je pa iz bližnjega bara.

We didn’t realise the cafe serves not only breakfast but also some light dishes for dinner. We would have loved to have dinner there than in a touristic restaurant in the village. It is not a criticism but rather recommendation to make menu chart more visible 🙂. It was very hot when we were there so it would have been nice with a pool. But than again, if it was there we wouldn’t be able to leave this beautiful place

It was to expensiv because it was no breakfast in the roomprize. We had only view to the sea on the left side. It was difficult to find the location.

very quaint, clean, cosy and comfortable with a magnificent view. the staff were very kind and friendly and accommodating. the food is simple but very good.

the restaurant closes at 7pm and the last bus from town is 430pm (as of October 29) which is very restrictive. taxis are hard to come by and about 50 Euro.

It was enjoyable sitting on the balcony and having good Italian breakfast on the terrace with the amazing view. Personnel is very friendly.

Room is quite small, but all we needed for a short stay was there. The available parking can be full, but it will be sorted out with the personnel.
