Tolle Lokation, ob das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis so passt, muss jeder selbst entscheiden.

Traumhafter Blick von der Terrasse der Juniorsuite mit Sonne von morgens bis ca 16:00 h, gelungene Innenaufteilung des Appartements, über eine Wendeltreppe gehts runter ins Bad mit großer Dusche. Sehr bemühter Gastgeber, versuchte die fehlenden Dinge schnell zu besorgen bzw in Ordnung zu bringen. Mit der Beschreibung und den Videos vom Gastgeber ist die Lokation gut zu finden.

Um zum Haus zu kommen, muss man von der Strasse (dort parken) einen unbeleuchteten, steinigen und bergigen Wanderweg nutzen, der in unserem Fall, da regennass, sehr rutschig war (da werden 3-5 min Laufzeit echt lang), gutes Schuhwerk ist von nutzen - das steht aber wohl auch irgendwo in der Beschreibung... Sehr minimalistische Küchenausstattung, kleiner Kühlschrank, Getränke können nur liegend untergebracht werden, nur 1 Kochplatte vorhanden, da muss man beim Kochen kreativ werden. Anfangs nur lauwarmes Duschen möglich (wurde am nächsten Tag behoben), nasse Terrassenpolster bei unserer Ankunft

Heaven for introverts 😀 for sure will be in my collection of beautiful places.

This place is a treasure of nature and therapy for the mind. If you want to detox (well there is wifi 😀 if you will miss news) - thats the place. Clean, well organized, breathtaking view to the sea and forest. Kitchen with all you need for cooking, Dominico - thank you for coffee! Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderschön, man kann direkt auf das Meer schauen. Unsere Wohnung war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Besitzer ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit zu erreichen.

Allein der Weg vom Auto zum Haus war zauberhaft und entspannend. Der Blick in die Landschaft bis zum Meer … wirklich entschleunigend. Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit Terrasse in absoluter Ruhe. Richtig kochen konnte man in unserem Apartment nicht. Aber einen Salat und Pasta klappt auf jeden Fall ;-)

Het uitzicht is adembenemend, de locatie is rustig - weg van de drukte van de Cinque Terre, het appartement is mooi, tuin met verse Italiaanse kruiden, de dorpen van de Cinque Terre op rijafstand

We mistten een snijplankje en theedoek in de keuken, verder alles aanwezig om te koken. Het telefoonbereik bij het huisje en in de omgeving is niet top, dus lekker digital detoxen!

Nous avons apprécié l accueil du propriétaire Domenico qui nous a donné toutes les bonnes astuces et bons tuyaux pour visiter les cinq terres.Il nous a même acheter un répétiteur de wifi pour améliorer la connexion.Il nous a même proposé de faire des courses,vraiment Domenico est au top!Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce bel appartement situé non loin d un arrêt de bus,parfait pour aller à Vernazza et visiter les cinq terrres

Ein kleines und ruhiges Paradies in der Cinque Terre

Wir verbrachten drei wunderschöne und herrliche Tage in der quieta accesa und wir wurden von Domenico sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Anwesen liegt ruhig und eingebettet in einer wunderschönen Naturlandschaft mit einem einzigartigen Panorama aufs Meer. Die Strassen bzw. die Zufahrtswege waren erwartungsgemäss etwas schmal, was jedoch in der Cinque Terre völlig normal ist und folgedessen auch einem geübten Fahrzeuglenker keine Schwierigkeiten bereitet. Angepasstes Fahrverhalten ist halt angezeigt und angebracht. Zudem sind die Strassen wenig befahren. Die Zufahrt wurde uns von Domenico frühzeitig und ausführlich umschrieben mitgeteilt und wir haben diese auf anhieb und ohne Probleme gefunden. Auch die Erreichbarkeit des Anwesens ab dem Parkplatz an der Strasse ist problemlos. Ein Fuss- und Wanderweg (ca. 150 Meter) führt durch ein kurzes Stück Wald zum Anwesen. Bei Einbruch der Dunkelheit überraschten uns Tausende von kleinen Glühwürmchen - lucciola! Ein einzigartiges und wunderschönes Naturspektakel, welches wir vom Sitzplatz aus jeden Abend geniessen durften. Keine 5 Minuten mit dem Auto (zu Fuss ca. 10 Minuten) bergaufwärts, gibt es eine sonnen- und winddurchlüftete Bar mit allem was das Herz zum Frühstück, für Zwischendurch oder zu einem Aperitiv begehrt - selbstverständlich mit Blick aufs Meer - und einem sehr freundlichen Service. Leider wird die Bar um 18 Uhr geschlossen. Einkäufe bei Selbstverpflegung bitte unbedingt frühzeitig auf der Anreise erledigen. Wir würden uns jederzeit wieder für einen Aufenthalt bei Domenico entscheiden. Nochmals herzlichen Dank!

Tranquil stay with stunning views!

Very peaceful stay. Wonderful views over the coast and surrounding areas. Great path walks for our dog. Host was very welcoming and his instructions on how to find the place were perfect. If you want to switch off from the world this is a great place!

Nothing. The place was lovely It’s worth knowing that it’s a 45 - 1 hour walk to reach Vernazza. The walk back it’s all up hill. The views are stunning and we are pretty fit people but it was hard going after a day on the cinque terre trails. I suspect most people would prefer the 20 minute drive instead allowing you to reach any of the villages relatively easily.

Beautiful view, stunning surroundings.

Absolutely beautiful with a stunning view. Domenico was really friendly and helpful. We had everything we need in the kitchen and the beds was comfortable after a long day out! Not a problem for us, but keep in mind that you are parking quite a bit away from the property and will need to carry your bags for a few minutes down a unpaved path, not suitable for rolling wheels. Location to Vernazza is about 20 minutes in the car.

ingresso anonimo anche se apprezzo il sentiero che conduce alla casa. la pulizia terribile, tavolo sporco, pentole, piatti e bicchieri lavati male. Muffa presente ovunque, formiche che entrano dal tetto, lenzuola macchiate e troppo usate, ragnatele. Bagno che puzzava di candeggina, lavato male. spazi esterni malcurati. Non capisco la maggior parte delle recensioni positive. Sconsigliato

Sproščujoče bivanje z lepim razgledom na samem

Čudovita lokacija, pogled na dolino mesta Vernazza, na samotni lokaciji, apartmaji opremljeni z klimatsko napravo, televizorjem,… Oprema kuhinje je bila za naše osnovne potrebe zadovoljiva, prostori so na novo opremljeni z moderno opremo, čudovite terase za skupinsko druženje, odziven gostitelj, ki nam je nudil navodila in pomoč za ogled Cinque Terre…. Do bivanja je 150m peš poti med gozdovi, katera ni preveč zahtevna, parkirišče za prevozna sredstva je na glavni cesti vendar nismo imeli nič problemov. P.S. 10min peš nad nastanitvijo je odličen lokal (zajterk, večerja, lokalno pivo,…)

Apartmaji so bili ob prihodu nekoliko nečisti, cena turistične takse je bila malenkost več kot piše na bookingu.

Situé au cœur des Cinque Terre, cet hébergement offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Ce que j'ai particulièrement apprécié, c'est le calme environnant qui m'a permis de me détendre complètement. La vue offrait un paysage magnifique à chaque instant. De plus, le prix était très raisonnable, ce qui a rendu cette expérience encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui cherchent à s'évader et à profiter de moments paisibles

Il y a quelques points à améliorer. La literie était un peu raide, surtout le canapé, ce qui a légèrement affecté le confort. L'isolation avec le logement du dessus pourrait être améliorée pour plus de tranquillité, Dominico était très discret , mais pas les locataires suivants. Enfin, l'évier de la cuisine était un peu petit pour cuisiner ou faire la vaisselle confortablement.

Una struttura bellissima, con elementi di ATTENZIONE (no disabili).

Il posto è molto bello e quando sarà finito promette ECCELLENZA. Alba e tramonto mozzafiato (05/06/25). Incantevole. Silenzio assoluto (noi abbiamo avuto vicini troppo mattinieri). Indicazioni per arrivare assolutamente perfette. Pulitissimo. Breve sterrato a piedi x arrivare garantisce la privacy. Piante e allestimento TOP (sdraio con cuscini). Siete immersi nel verde (per me solo PRO ma chi non sopporta gli insetti ci deve pensare).

Parcheggio sulla strada non bello (indispensabile auto propria x arrivare). Sentiero x arrivare alla struttura sterrato, con scalini non semplici, impervio e per alcuni tratti non in sicurezza (staccionate crollate o assenti) per persone "normali" (molti lavori da fare). Inoltre ASSOLUTAMENTE BUIO E ZERO ILLUMINAZIONE DOPO IL TRAMONTO. IMPOSSIBILE L'ACCESSO PER DISABILI (a qualsiasi ora) O CON VALIGIE che non siano semplici zainI (non oso pensare a portare una spesa). Un po' troppo odore di varichina (ma io sono molto sensibile).

La quiete per davvero! 🥰

Location meravigliosa, lontana dal caos del centro città. Nonostante questo, in pochi minuti in macchina si raggiunge il centro di Vernazza dove poter prendere il treno e visitare le cinque terre. L’alloggio è veramente bello, curato e molto pulito, e presenta uno splendido terrazzo con sdrai, tavolini e BBQ, il tutto circondato da una distesa di verde. Inoltre, non da meno, Domenico è un host gentile, amichevole e veramente disponibile.

Scappare davvero dal mondo

Posizionamento pazzesco, vista bellissima, silenziosa, isolata, molto spazio a disposizione, fonte d'acqua pura a portata di mano. Se si vuole passare del tempo con sé stessi o coi propri cari allontanandosi dal caos, questo è il posto in cui andare.

Premesso che per me questo non è stato un problema ma un valore aggiunto, la struttura non è facilissima da raggiungere per persone con difficoltà motorie.

Charming quiet stay away from the masses

We loved this place. The host provided excellent details for arrival and departure and was very forthcoming about the location benefits and limited downsides. We knew what we were booking and very much enjoyed our stay. The place was very comfortable and clean and the kitchen and BBQ worked great. Amazing views and surroundings. We hiked to Vernazza down and back one day and another we took the bus, as recommended.

Though very clean and comfortable I did have to escort a few spiders outside for my kids. Be sure you are aware of the location. It's a small hike in from the road, mostly flat but with a few steps and tricky with roller suitcases.

A charming place far away from everything and everyone

It's a charming place if you wish to run away from all the noise of the hectic life in Cinque Terre. Is it for everyone - definitely not. Is it worth to come here for a little relaxation - absolutely. It was a bit difficult to find the place and the room had the best life behind it, however it had everything that was needed and so much more (the nature and the rooftop sunbeds). The cafe up the hill is also a very nice place.

Retreat in the forest

We did not know what to expect as there were no pictures of the interior, but the place is refurbished and clean inside and the air conditioning was great for the hot days that we had there. The only downside is that for the 2 person apartment the kitchen is small with little equipment( a small fridge and a microwave) but also a classic expresso machine. Great places around to walk our dog in the forest. We walked through the forest path, down to the city of Vernazza and came back up with the bus each day after visiting. Bus was leaving at 5 and 7 pm from end Vernazza , near the post office, tickets are payed at the driver. The garden is shared with the other apartment.

The internet was spotty(satellite) and there is also no cell signal in the area. Also the rooms might seem dark as they are halfway into soil/basement.
