This apartment features three spacious bedrooms, ideal for families or groups of friends. The rooms are furnished with two double beds and two single beds, ensuring flexibility to accommodate different sleeping needs. The living room is a cosy space with a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing and enjoying leisure time. A flat-screen TV with cable channels provides entertainment, while Wi-Fi access keeps you connected. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances to prepare your meals. There are also two full bathrooms for added convenience.

Important Note: There are ongoing construction works near the apartment, which may cause noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it may affect our guests' stay. Therefore, we maintain a policy of transparency to ensure that our guests’ expectations are properly met. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.
If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.
If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a fee of 40€ after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be subject to consultation.
If you are planning to bring your pet, please note that the final price shown in your reservation includes only one pet. If you bring more than one, please contact us.
For monthly reservations, there is a cost limit for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package of 230€. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.
The tenant agrees to allow a staff member to enter the property for an inspection whenever requested by the host, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
We have a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! You just need to request it (price upon consultation).
You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (price upon consultation).
If you are planning to bring your pet, please inform us, as an additional fee is applicable or its entrance might be rejected.

We leave our guests at ease, but we’re available whenever they need us.

This is a spacious apartment with lots of rooms for our group of 5 to sleep and relax (we were 5 adults and we needed three bedrooms). Was very happy to secure a unit with two bathrooms unfortunately we discovered the shower in the suite room didn’t drain properly so it wasn’t useable. I contacted the host and they indicated they would send someone to look at it but that didn’t happen before our check out. Overall, great unit in a good location.

Nossa estadia nesse apartamento foi de muito boa qualidade. O apartamento foi recém reformado e está com tudo novo. As janelas com sistema de vedação, eliminam qualquer barulho que venha da rua. Os artefatos são novos e de boa qualidade.A atenção da recepção dada pelo Abel não poderia ser melhor. Inclusive, quando no dia seguinte a nossa entrada nos ligou para saber se estava tudo bem, informei que sim, mas que sentia falta de copos de vinho, se prontificou a leva-los no dia seguinte. Uma boa opção em uma boa localização. Atenção que o apartamento fica no primeiro piso, sem elevador, portanto tem cerca de 20 degraus a subir.

Location was very good - 5 minute walk to Bolhao metro station and 3 minutes to the Church of Souls and Rua de Santa Catarina. The 3 bedroom size was adequate for 5 people. While there were positives with this unit (location, communication with agency operating the unit, size), unfortunately I would not stay here again. There was a plethora of horrible black mold in both bathroom showers. It was worse in the shared bathroom than the en-suite bathroom, but it was significant either way. The smell of mold permeated throughout the entire unit. It was awful. We stayed 4 nights and purposely kept our clothes in our suitcases and did not use the closets because the they had a strong mold odor to them as well. Both showers also had extremely poor drainage. One had to either turn the water on and off while showering or have the flow at a trickle in order to avoid the shower pan from overflowing. I never contacted the agency while we were there - we decided to just deal with it and spend our precious days sight seeing. The beds were very hard with no padding whatsoever. There was no way to close the en-suite bathroom door from the inside, we think a pull cord was missing (there was a pull cord on the outside). It would be helpful to have instructions for washer/dryer combo in English and other languages. I have lived in very damp climates with mold. It happens. But you can clean it and manage it when you need to.
