Fantastic location, easy to get to all of the central sites we wanted to visit. Fantastic view on NYE from the road/riverside. Hugo provided some great tips. Laundrette close by.

Riverside City Apartments is an excellent apartment. It is located with lovely views of the River Douro and you can see 4 bridges close by that cross the river. The location is very quiet as it lies on a small road. If you are exploring Porto, it is a great location with the city centre within easy walking distance. It is about 15 minutes walk to the main Sao Bento railway station. There are 2 metro stations a similar distance away.
The apartment is very large and airy. It was very clean. The bed is a large double and very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent with a great shower. As a traditional Portuguese apartment there are stairs up to the apartment but no lift if that is needed. There are many restaurants within easy reach.
The apartment makes a great place to stay in Porto and explore the city and surrounding district - highly recommended.

It is a fresh remodel;, very clean, by the water. It has a nice hammock and quality furniture/fixtures/stove etc.
lacks privacy, only a door between two apartments and you can hear everything it feels like you’re sharing an Airbnb. the glass is painted on that door and you can still see through, worse because it faces your bathroom. so you still have to get dressed at night even though you’re paying for a private space. I kept hearing the neighbors coughing— it made me uncomfortable.
