Der Balkon war eigentlich kein Balkon eher eine Loggia mit Fenstern und wir schauten direkt auf eine Mauer. Da hatte ich mir mehr erhofft wenn es heißt "mit Balkon" Die Schlafzimmer sind direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße und wenn man mit offenem Fenster schlafen möchte, ist es ziemlich laut.

There are several apartments that’s why the reviews are so dispare. We stayed in the 4th floor, it’s supposed to me 80 sqm but has a very weird distribution with lots of unusable space, no air conditioning or vents, also no microwave. Photos don’t tell the whole picture, second bedroom is tiny if you pull out the second bed you can barely open the door. The bathroom is damp and smell of humidity. If you are just looking for a well located place to sleep is good, if you plan to spend a lot of time in the apartment is not very comfortable.
