Lovely helpful staff - nothing was too much trouble.
The apartment was modern, spacious, very well equipped - the bed comfortable and the shower large. A good location and a very reasonable price.
Unfortunately there was excessive outside noise throughout the night and early morning and during the day - seagulls and building works. We struggled to sleep. We appreciate this is outside the properties control, but it did impact our stay.

I received plenty of information, instructions and links to an application that provided what I needed and allowed me to communicate with the property staff. We were also met with a staff member who was very helpful and provided all the information we needed including addressing the issue of the door lock not working. We were given an alternate key to resolve the problem immediately.
The apartment is in an old building and unfortunately has a draining issue in the bathrooms, especially the 1st bathroom with the shower. I would recommend that the managing company include a squeegee-like broom in the bathrooms to sweep the water towards the drain so it does not pool into the shower. This might help with the stench that sometimes linger in the unit.

The property was clean.
We paid for 6 people to stay in the apartment but two of us had to stay on a pull out couch. Also we were given one set of keys for 6 people to the building despite paying for 6 people to stay!
