Feel Porto Downtown Apartments & Studios

Check-in process was easy. We had a rental car and the parking garage was right next to the reception area. The reception office was a 3 minute walk to the apartment. The apartment location was perfect - right across from the Mercado Bolhao so it was easy walk to almost everything in Porto. The apartment building had a small elevator which was great for getting luggage to the second floor. The rooms were spacious and clean. There was a large patio off the kitchen with chairs and tables. Access into the garage, building and apartment was all digital making it easy for all family members to come in and out.

Would be great if they had a drying rack, as the washer/dryer combos don’t dry clothes as well.

Location was perfect for exploring beautiful Porto. Apartment was huge and spotless and had air conditioning. Staff were so helpful on our late arrival and explained everything.

There was nothing we didn't like

Clean and bright apartment. Having 2 bathrooms made it easy staying with 2 teenagers. Apartment was central and within walking distance of all attractions.

I did not like having to collect the key from a reception desk - this is inconvenient and impractical when traveling even though it was only a 5 minute walk. The rooms are small so there was not much room to keep the bags in the rooms so they had to stand in the living room which is not large either.

The apartment was well designed and clean.

The main issue is that on arrival they took an extra €200 deposit, and have still not refunded it a week later and are not replying to my communication. The showers took forever to heat up.
