Stunning apartment any good location. High spec with smeg appliances.
We were located on the third floor. Yes Lift was broken. It was hard work carrying our luggage. No sign of it being repaired whilst we were there.

Ease of checkin - we arrived around midnight and codes were sent to us with clear instructions Location - right next to shops, great restaurants, popular sights like Capela da Almas and Majestic Cafe just a few minutes away. Layout - perfect for 2 people with great quality amenities provided in the kitchen Response - very responsive hosts, they were always available to answer questions
Bed - wasn’t firm enough and that caused us back pain Airconditioning - didn’t work properly in both living room and bedroom. We raised a complaint but decided not to pursue it even though the host offered to send maintenance because we had a tight schedule and weren’t in the apartment much Towels- would be good if extra towels are provided particularly for guests staying over 3 days
