The beds were super comfy and it was very clean

The location was excellent and very convenient, and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. The apartment was also reasonably clean and well maintained.

The apartment was nice, but unfortunately we really missed having air conditioning. The street where the apartment is located is very busy and extremely noisy, even at night, which makes it difficult to sleep with the windows open. As a result, the apartment can get quite warm, especially during the night, as it is not possible to properly ventilate it without being disturbed by the traffic noise.

The apartment had a super nice location, and it was very comfortable with a big bedroom, living room and bathroom. It was a short 10 minute walk from important landmarks such as the Torre dos Clérigos. Moreover the staff were super helpful and responded very quickly, and amicably 10/10 on that front.

The stairs were a bit dangerous, especially with dim lighting, and my mother fell down them (something worth noting if you travel with kids or older people). If some anti-slippery pads could be added to the steps it would be easily fixable. Additionally, our unit was so close to the street we could hear the cars passing by all night, even with a closed windows, which disturbed our rest some of the nights.

Communication with the host was very easy and someone met us to deliver the keys in person. Checkout was also very easy, just dropping the keys at the mailbox. The location was very good, walking distance to everything and easy access with private entrance. Also the space was very big.

Based on the other reviews, I thought the stay would be better. The bathroom had no windows, and it got really humid inside the apartment quickly. The sliding doors (windows) are directly into the street which makes it uncomfortable to have them open with all of the people passing by and also the air from cars and the street. We had no change in towels in our 5 nights stay (we didn't request it to be honest but could have been offered). The apartment is also very dark. It was not pleasant for us to be inside.
