We were looking to end our island hopping with a bit of peace and that is exactly what we got ❤️

It is an absolutely beautiful, peaceful property, Nikons and his family and staff went out of their way to make our stay as good as possible, fantastic views of the bay although, ideally you would need transport as it is a steep climb up to the property

The only thing that was wrong was a strong smell from the drains although this seemed only to be in our room and they tried everything possible to get rid of it

Paros beautiful views

This is truly a hidden gem. The hotel is located on a hilltop 5 minutes from the port with spectacular views. The owners are very friendly and made sure we enjoyed ourselves. We contacted them upon arrival and the came and picked us up. They showed us our room and then gave us a tour of their lovely property. They have a nice pool with an open bar that is on the honor system. They serve a nice buffet style breakfast daily in the pool area. The owners took time to suggest places to go and where to eat. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location, amazing host!

Amazing location with a beautiful view and also a very kind owner who always was there to help you. The breakfast is also delicious and there is a bar where you grab refreshments at the pool. Amazing!

Very nice family run hotel. Nikos and his family are lovely and very helpful. He picked us up and dropped us off to the port. The location is good, very peaceful and rooms are very clean. Close to the main town.

A beautiful stay in Paros

We had a wonderful stay here. The views and pool area are amazing – perfect for slow, lazy mornings. The room was also very clean and comfy. The location is perfect, walking distance to town and a number of beaches, including lots of restaurants and bars (we just grabbed a taxi back at night when it was dark). We didn’t have a car so the hosts collected us from the port which was very appreciated! I would definitely recommend renting a car to explore the island but as we weren’t staying long we coped okay with taxis. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Some of the kitchen equipment was old (eg. Chopping board) and could do with replacement. Maybe even add a microwave or mini-oven into the studios

Absolutely amazing!

The hosts were amazing - kind, helpful, trusting, so polite, and caring. The accom was great, very nice. The view is absolutely amazing. You can walk into town, but we hired a quad for the short drive. The view is worth the walk/drive. The pool and lounges are so nice! Highly recommend.

Advertised as 2 bedroom apartment, plus living area, however the living area is actually the 2nd bedroom (2 single beds/ corner configuration like a lounge ) which is interesting when 2 couples 😆

Quiet, chill, perfect for resting.

We loved it. The room was always clean and tidy, space enough for two adults, the bathroom was great too, including the shower (tho there are no plugs in the bathroom). The bed is a bit on the hard side, but overall a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was great, very nice and chill vibes, loved the cats that live in the property. The swimming pool and sunbeds are superb, and the view incredible. Very calm and quiet, perfect for relaxation, just what we wanted. We got picked up from the port and drove to the property, excellent overall. We'd spend the day at the beach and go back mid afternoon to the pool, and get ready for diner in town. All the other guest were quiet and respectful too. You need a car tho, unless you don't mind going up and down a very steep hill in the sun (specially during summer! - it's doable, but not at 40 degrees).

The only thing I didn't like is that I couldn't take Chips with me (the cat).

Outstanding adults-only gem with breathtaking views

Krotiri Bay completely exceeded our expectations! This beautiful family-run hotel offers the most stunning panoramic views of Parikia Bay that we've ever seen. The location is absolutely perfect - perched on a hillside with magnificent vistas, yet close enough to town for easy exploration. Our room was spotless, modern, and comfortable with a lovely private terrace where we enjoyed morning coffee overlooking the bay. The pool area is simply magical - having breakfast by the poolside while taking in those incredible views was the highlight of every morning. You can tell this is a labor of love for the family that runs it.

The views from the location were absolutely stunning, exceptionally clean & private above sunbed area. The sunbeds were luxurious and so peaceful and a great place for pure relaxation. The hosts nikkos, margarita and George are helpful, knowledgeable and are really lovely people which made our stay. The room was immaculate, modern but contemporary with plenty of towels, mosquito plug, and kitchenette. The room had a private outside dining area and also on the roof was a roof terrace with private sunbeds to enjoy the views and tranquility of the place.

We knew the location was on a hill so this did not surprise us. Ideally if you have a car, scooters, quads is fine but we managed in foot for most of our stay, down to Parikia and back is 5km. This didn’t bother us as we like walking. The only thing I would recommend the lane up to the hotel could do with either some lighting on an evening or solar lighting as its pitch black till you get to the property.

Our room had no view, you should check which room you’ll get. Based on the visuals, we thought our room was going to somehow have a view but there was just one window looking at a corner in the street. The room was not super clean.

Stunning property. Rooms were a great size. Amazing breakfast and hosts. Would 10/10 stay here again. Host helped us when our ferry got cancelled, allowed us to hang by the pool until our room was ready. Really helped us out.

Wonderful accommodation and stay

Had a wonderful 3 night's stay, returning after our first stay in 2017, and the whole property has been renovated very tastefully. It was so peaceful with stunning views, especially from the pool. We walked down to the town each night and was easy to get a taxi back from the rank by the Port, only €10. It's run by a lovely family. We paid for breakfast each day, which was good. Can highly recommend staying there. Thank you Niķko & Margaret and George.

Stunning views, affordable and run by a sweet family!

The hotel was run by a lovely family who went above and beyond to make our experience the best! The view from the pool was stunning and rooms were gorgeous - definitely worth staying out of town for this.

The property is a moderate walk away from the port, so I would recommend taking advantage of the free pick-up service and hiring a quad bike.

A very relaxing place with spectacular views

The views from the swimmingpool and sunbeds are just spectacular. They have solid sunbeds with thick cushions (like a comfortable mattress). It’s just very relaxing there, also there are no screaming kids in the swimming pool. No much activity, but for me that was just perfect to relax. As it is up the mountain, it’s good to have a rental car (eventhough it’s just a minutes by car to Parikia) also to explore the rest of the beautiful Paros.

Brilliant a lot more than we expected.

The view from our elevated decking was stunning and you got a great view of Paros.Our room had everything we needed and was very spacious. Swimming in the pool was also great as you can see the Aegean Sea while in the pool and it was alway impeccable clean.

The property itself is beautiful with the most gorgeous views. The cleanliness of the entire place (room and all other areas) was immaculate. They have done an excellent job with the maintenance of the hotel. Definitely one of the best places we have stayed within that price range.

The property is a little far from the main village, however if you are looking for peace and quiet and are happy renting a car (a must to see all of Paros) this is the perfect place.

exactly what we were looking for

we had a great time! amazing views, super relaxing and lovely owners Margarita, Nikos and staff who organised free pick up at the port and reliable, easy and fast scooter rent after our arrival. very clean and comfortable apartment. we even got a free upgrade to a more spacious apartment. We loved the details in the room such as the special lighting, mosquito nets in front of every window and door, mosquito plugs, day and night curtains, even bath, pool, and beach towels were provided as well as a parasol to take with you to the beach if needed. could recommend 100% and would love to come back!

Beautifully maintained property away with an amazing pool area looking over the bay. Perfect spot for a romantic getaway. Owners are on hand to provide you with any information about the island.

A washing machine would on site would be an great addition to the property. Also, consider hiring a car, scoter or quadbike if you wish to get easy access into town or explore the island.
