Everything, especially the humans who run it and clean it. We had a great experience with Kokoon. The accommodation was beautiful and completely captured the Cyclades experience. Perfect !!

Such a beautiful hotel with amazing aesthetic! The cleaning staff were absolutely wonderful, so kind and our room was always spotless. It made the stay feel extra comfortable and enjoyable. Great location, close to the port with lots of attractions around. Overall an amazing stay!

Amazing staff, accommodated an early check in. Room was clean and nice. Location was amazing for parikia. Even though there is no parking we always found a spot close to the hotel. Staff went over and above when we had a medical issue and organized an appointment for us

Beautiful hotel in a great location

I love the aesthetics of the hotel. It was also well located so we could walk from the port and to beaches and restaurants around Paroikia. We also walked to/from Cabana beach club from the hotel. Staff were very helpful.

An oasis of calm

The property is an oasis of calm, just a stone throw from the frenetic port. The room was well appointed and a good size. We enjoyed our stay. The couple running KOKOON were really friendly and helpful

There were a number of cockroaches running around the courtyard area. However the area was spotless and clean. I think they were living in the vegetation. The numerous wild cats were having fun chasing them

Lovely clean fresh and light accomodation close to the port and all amenities!

Property was within good walking distance from the port, restaurants and shops literally round the corner. The property itself was clean and comfortable we had a garden view balcony the garden is pretty and full of lovely flowers! The staff at the property was friendly and helpful on arrival and there to help with anything needed. We loved the place and Paros itself !

The staff was extremely nice and courteous. They guided us to the best spots to eat and be at. The facility was beautifully, remodeled, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect.

Exceptional service from the staff, very good location, contemporary clean rooms, rooms good use better noise insulation

Aesthetics of the property were excellent, cleanliness, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accomodating, exceptional service.

The noise that travels into the room from the hallways and outside of the room are very loud, makes it difficult to sleep past 5-6am most days.

Great location and clean, close to port and plenty of restaurants. The front desk staff are also lovely. There is also a very friendly cat that frequents the garden.

I didn’t realise I had booked a shared courtyard and the only windows were facing the shared courtyard. So it wasn’t very private as if we wanted some light into the room (otherwise the room is very dark) people walking past could see in.

Very good location, great friendly staff, very clean, good nights sleep. Close to restaurants and bars incl a nice coffee shop and near to the beach.

Nothing much, room and bathroom are small and limited clothes storage but large bed. Towels changed every two days but wasn’t an issue

What a gem of a place in Parikia. 3 min walk to main shops and restaurants and beach. Quiet location. Lovely room. Balcony overlooking seaside. Friendly staff. Definitely recommend staying here when visiting Paros Island.

Staff were friendly, parking made available for our hire car! Room was very ‘instagramable’.

Rooms were quite small, struggled to fit everything in. Aircon might need a service. Shower doesn’t drain very well & toilet lid broken.

Great place to stay for a relaxing visit to beautiful Paros.

Lovely friendly, helpful staff. Excellent location, super close and within walking distance to everything. Good communication. Really cute place to stay. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a sea view, which was a nice surprise.

Staff were so accommodating and friendly. The room was really clean, really comfortable bed and fabulous view. Close to everything you could need.

Only downside is the walls are very thin, which did impact my sleep. We did go at Easter so there were celebrations taking place adding to the noise levels outside

Lovely stay in a boutique hotel in Paros - highly recommend for any couples.

We stayed for three nights in a double room with sea view. Lovely room with nice view out onto the bay to watch the ferry boats arrive and the yachts/ catamarans in the bay. Great location just a few minutes walk from beaches and restaurants and about a ten minute walk to the port and the old town. Lovely view of the sunset from our balcony. Staff were super friendly - even sending a taxi to the airport to collect us after we were delayed due to luggage not arriving at Paros airport. Large fridge in room and availability of beach towels a bonus.

Beautiful space near the beach

Beautiful building. Modernised, but felt like an ancient Greek villa. Every little thing that hasn't been good in other properties in Greece was met or exceeded here. Shower, temperature and pressure, size of bathroom, AC temp, towels, coffee making were all great.

It’s was an amazing boutique hotel with beautiful decor . Great location walking distance to ferries and restaurants. Only 10 min walk to the port even dragging luggage. Easy to find.
