Excellent. Unfortunately after one night we had to return home due to illness of my husband.

We found the owner of the hotel to be most charming and helpful, and the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

Fabulous! Highly recommend this hotel.

Hospitality of Thanos was excellent. So welcoming, helpful and informative. The hotel was spotless and the rooms were serviced everyday. Lovely breakfast. Everything you need is close. In walking distance of the Port and the bus station. Restaurant, cafe’s, supermarkets, and a Laundry all close.

Excellent Stay

The property was charming and our hosts were so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and we really enjoyed the patio. The location was near the beach and restaurants.

Clean hotel and nice staff

The room was very clean, and we got fresh towels everyday which was nice! Smelled very good. The location was good. We we're not bothered by the traffic noise, and it was a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants and stores.

Nothing was super bad. The breakfast was small, but had the essentials. There were also many breakfast café's close to the hotel.

Value for money

Mr Thanasis is an excellent host. The hotel is very clean, close to Paroikia kai definitely value for money. The breakfast had various options and different Greek delights every day.

Absolutely fantastic, highly recommend!!

If you're looking to be in the main port area, you cannot get better then this. There are 2 beaches within a 10 minute walk, 2 car rental places on the street, and so many restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. The rooms were lovely and AC worked very well, we had a three person room and had 2 bathrooms and 2 AC units. The staff were excellent and helped us with whatever we needed, changed out towels, gave recommendations, gave me an early check in. Super happy we stayed here!!!!

The property was amazing, with great location that was about a 8 minute walk to Parikia. We were very distressed about our ferry being cancelled and booked to stay here last minute, in which we were upset as we didn’t stay here the whole time in Paros. The room was very spacious and the host was absolutely wonderful to us. The breakfast was also great

Amazing stay and good value for money

Everything. We didn’t have the breakfast included so we cannot review it but hospitality was amazing, good sized room which was cleaned everyday. Clean and well decorated property. The host was always available to give us some tips on what to do in town. Very close to the ferry port, we walked to and from the hotel.

The hotel is looked after by an extremely pleasant gentleman (apparently the owner)! Wonderful communication – he was very kind, helpful, and ready to assist with anything. We truly appreciated this interaction, as the friendliness of the staff greatly influences the overall experience. 🤍 The hotel is in a good location – about a 12-minute walk to the city center, and just around 2 minutes to the nearest beach (although the beach was extremely dirty – we recommend exploring beaches outside the city, which were much cleaner and better maintained). The hotel itself is very well-kept, and our room was clean and tidy. The interior is tastefully decorated and feels very cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and enough to start the day, though the selection was quite limited (that said, we’ve never really encountered a wide breakfast variety at any Greek hotel so far 😀).

The only downside was the bathroom – the layout was very poorly designed. The shower constantly overflowed, and due to the open-style shower area, water splashed all over the toilet paper, towels, and floor. The toilet paper was placed directly under the towels, so it was always wet. The glass doors (which might be some mysterious Greek tradition, because it's a common thing in hotels here) left gaps through which you could see your roommate using the toilet. The toilet itself was squeezed between the sink and shower, so anyone taller than 180 cm would need to assume a modern ballet pose to take care of business.

Overall, it’s a great place for a short stay!

Really great location, close to the ferry port and the beach. Very friendly staff, and tasty breakfast.

Breakfast is a shorter interval than most hotels (1 hour and a half). The bed was a very thin mattress which affected sleep quality.

Everything was outstanding

Just a great hotel. Not in Parikia 'downtown' but instead perfectly located a short 10 minute walk away and very close to the nicest beach (away from all the huge, ocassionally noisy ferries), one or two restaurants and a mini-market for fridge stocking. The room was great; comfy beds, good shower, a balcony (perfect for hanging washed clothes) with everything very clean. Add to that the very friendly and helpful reception and house-keeping staff and it turned into a great stay. I've stayed in hotels more than twice the price that haven't come close to this standard. Would certainly return.

We loved the hotel, beautiful and charming. The staff were extremely nice, helpful, and made us to feel at home. The room was comfortable, very clean, and charming. The breakfast was great. The hotel is a block from the beach, a 10 minutes walk to the ferry, bus stop, and town. We definitely recommend it.

Friendly staff. 10 minutes walking from the port, bus station and center of Parikia. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel. Simple breakfast but got everything you need. Cute decor.

The room window faces an inner backyard where breakfast is served. You must keep the blackout covering the window during the entire day otherwise people will be able to see everything inside your room.

The Hotel had a good location which was 600 metres from the port. A very clean & cosy hotel with a lovely & friendly management staff who made you feel welcome. the room was clean and freshly decorated, perfect for a short stay.

Close to the beach. Very quiet hotel and street. Very cute and traditional greek style. Nice personal able to commit in basic English. Someone is at the entrance 24/24h. Little balcony in the bedroom, very lovely.

I would have preferred to keep the hotel key with me whenever I was outside the hotel, I would have felt more secure. Also, the address is not well indicated and leads us to the Cyclades studio which are in the next street.

Exceptional

We arrived, after x3 cancelled ferries at 1am and were greeted in person. The host and staff were all friendly and helpful. The room is large, very clean and in a perfect location (10min from port, 1min from restaurants/shops), with on street parking. Breakfast was included was a simple continental style, but still enjoyable. Should you wish to hire ATV we would recommend the company on the street behind the hotel, and there is plenty of street parking and a car park just down from the hotel.

A welcoming atmosphere that was a perfect home base for a beachy Paros vacation.

The room was amazing. It had a fridge, a really strong AC unit, a good amount of space for storage, and the balcony was beautiful. The staff was the same each day and it felt like they remembered me throughout my stay. Breakfast was lovely variety including yogurt, pastries, eggs, meats and cheeses, etc. The location was also great, as it was in a less busy area in the town and was really close to the beach. However, you could walk to the center of the town in around 10-15 minutes.

Let guests know that it is advisable, if they have heavy luggage when they arrive, to reserve a taxi ahead of time since it is impossible to get one when you arrive in Paros with the boat (too many people, too few taxis available), and the hotel is quite a distance from the port. Also to have water shoes for the pebble Livadia beach in front of the hotel.

Recently renewed location with a good and quite position. Breakfast was served at table due to OCVID restrictions but the service was very good as well as the offered products. The staff was very kind and available for advices, tips and support in any moment
