Elegant, clean and peaceful accommodation 100 meters from the sea. Our host Panos greeted us warmly, he was most informative about the attractions on the island and his love for Paros shows in his enthusiasm. A great stay was had on this beautiful island.

Panos & Paros the very best!

Exceptional – 10/10 Cyclades Studios was everything I hoped for and more. The lush garden courtyard is a tranquil oasis, perfect for morning coffee or winding down after a beach day. Inside, the rooms stay wonderfully cool thanks to the strong A/C—such a relief in the Cycladic heat! A huge shout-out to Panos, the perfect host. When Europcar botched my reservation, he had a rental car delivered to the door in just 20 minutes—crisis averted! The location couldn’t be better: the beach is literally at the end of the street, and it’s an easy stroll to the charming lanes of Parikia’s old town. I genuinely can’t imagine staying anywhere else on Paros. Book with confidence—you’ll love it here!

Just perfect!

Amazing stay at Cyclades Studios on Paros! 2 minutes walk to the beach, tavernas and little supermarkets. 15 minutes to the old town, ferry and bus terminal. One can literally walk everywhere in Parikia. Studio even better than in the photos, spotless clean and spacious. Additionally a beautiful patio as a common area! But it was the owner Panos who made the stay really memorable - super friendly and helpful creating a very welcoming atmosphere. Best stay we had in Greece :-)

Fantastic place in a great location. Easy access to town. Amazing atmosphere with the best care of the host. Super clean rooms with very comfy beds. Beautiful bathroom. Equipment in the kitchen . Amazing pergola outside for rest. Everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Highly recommend for stay. We were very happy . Thank you for such a lovely time. We will come back for sure

Great place and host

Room with all essential amenities + kitchen + inside yard + small outside balcony. Friendly owner & friendly cat. Very clean, everything kept in good order, excellent place to start your day or relax. Close to local beaches, taverns and stores. Smart way to order food directly to the room. Significantly above what you'd expect from a 2* accommodation.

Soundproofing may not cope with some guests :) it didn't bother us.

Beautiful property with a covered patio area to sit in. Very clean, great location, rooms were perfect! Host was excellent, helped us arrange a rental car & drove us to the airport. He also gave us lots of recommendations and information for the island.

We had a wonderful stay! Panagiotis is one of the kindest and most warm-hearted hosts we’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel completely at home. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the seaside, where we enjoyed stunning sunsets over Paros on multiple evenings. The hospitality, the atmosphere, and the setting all made our trip truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Fantastic hotel

Hotel is very clean and spacious, has everything to prepare a simple meal if one wishes. Recently renovated. Very beautiful courtyard with many sitting options.Quiet throughout the night, a little road noise when the town is getting ready for morning rush. Not far from ferry port, we walked everywhere. Owner is very friendly. Bed is very comfortable. Has drying rack for laundry.

The manager/owner was really lovely and helpful. The accommodation itself was so lovely. Well laid out, comfortable, shaded, clean and had a greaaat area to have privacy but relaxed. The location was great

It was a lovely stay! The studio seems to be renovated and is comfortable, the owner and staff are very friendly and accommodated our requests. It is also a walking distance from the port (12-15 minutes) and just one block away from the beach.

Nice apartment with a very helpful owner. We had an upstairs terrasse with to sunloungers and table with chairs. We loved that it was mostly in the shade. Beautiful flowers.

Lovely place to stay in Paros!

This hotel was amazing! The room I was in was small, but very clean and comfortable. Plus, we had a little seating area outside of our room where we could eat and relax. There is a little kitchen in the room as well which was very convenient for making breakfasts. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, there’s an incredible garden downstairs. I loved the location - it’s a little further away from the main part of town and the port, which was perfect for us as it was quieter and less crowded. But it was very close to the beaches and lots of restaurants. The owner is very kind and helped us figure out transportation and things to do.

Comfy, quite and beautiful studio

Very convenient and quite location. Walking distance to the beach, mini markets and restaurants. We walked from the port to the studio. The studio is very well maintained and beautifully decorated. The furniture are all wooden furniture. The court yard is very nice having beautiful flowers. The room is clean and comfy. We are at ground level and there is a small balcony, which is very convenient for drying up the clothes. The owner Panos is very friendly and helpful. He arranged the car renting for us. The staff of the car rental company dropped off the car in front of the property, and he came back to pick up the car after we finished the renting.

Cyclades Studios is exceptionally clean and the locarion is perfect to stay in the island for both a short or a long trip. The property is exceptionally clean, they change the sheets and the towels every single day. You have a kitchen amd a fridge in the room and it has everything you need if you want to cook. But above all, the owner of the property, Panos is the one that makes your stay an unforgettable one. He is dealing with each and every one of the guests one by one and he does eveything to make you feel that you are home. Panos arranges everything, like renting a car, going for a boat tour or the beach you prefer each day. He gives great tips to have the best holiday in the island. You will never forget your stay at Cyclades and have the best holiday thanks to Panos. He is a real local in Paros and he is an amazing property owner. He will be your best friend and make sure that you are having a great holiday. There is also Rico, the cat that I fell in love with. Panos’s mum and dad also helps with anything you would need at any time. Mum makes amazing cakes😍Thanks to Panos, my mum and I had an unforgettable holiday!

Panos was THE BEST host. He was so friendly and accommodating. And he was always available if we needed anything. The room was great. Comfortable bed. Very clean. "Smart" room which was cool. Fully equipped kitchenette. Most amazing sitting area in front - which you should definitely make use of when you book. Ten minute walk to the main busy area. 1min walk to the first beach. I highly recommend booking a room here.
