Staff extremely friendly upon arrival. Rooms stylish, modern and very well equipped. Could not fault. Roof terrace a bonus whilst having a sundowner at the end of the day. Great location with free parking across the road.

Great location (close to town and shops), the room was spacious and clean, and the staff were amazing - went above and beyond to help my fiancée organise a birthday surprise. Couldn’t speak more highly of the place and hope to return one day!

The property was exceptionally clean throughout our stay, with daily housekeeping keeping the room spotless. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the port of Parikia, making it very convenient for exploring the island.

Unfortunately, we were assigned a ground-floor room next to the reception area, which was quite noisy throughout the day and evening due to guests coming and going. Reception is not staffed 24/7, and some guests experienced issues with demagnetized key cards, resulting in phone calls and conversations near our room late in the evening. The soundproofing throughout the property could also be improved. We could clearly hear guests in the rooms above us using the shower, watching TV, and talking. Despite having a room facing the back garden, we could still hear scooters and traffic noise from the main road. Considering the price we paid and the fact that we specifically chose this accommodation after researching quiet places to stay, we felt that the overall value for money did not fully meet our expectations.
