The staff seemed very kind but we actually ened up leaving two days early and booked other accommodation because the bed

The location and staff were nice. No staff on property, only communicated through whatsapp.

The state of property and room. Upstairs patio was ripped up, no breakfast available, no coffee available. Didn’t even have toilet paper in our room.

Giouli was the perfect hostess and very flexible. Particularly when the daily ferries in and out of Paros were impacted by poor weather.

Darker curtains to make the room pitch black when sleeping at night would be a good idea.

Do not stay here - extremely disappointing reaction from venue’s owner.

Young female staff member very helpful when we had many issues. We requested another room (because of numerous issues) and she quickly responded.

Freezing room and ineffective heater. No roof top breakfast as advertised - staff said too cold and roof top was a construction site anyway! Room (especially bathroom with no extraction fan) was dripping in water. No blankets on bed (sheets only in 14 degree weather) and we had to request them. Mould in bathroom- so requested another room. Ended up with suspicious bites on us! Huge effort to decontaminate our luggage. For some reason Booking.com was informed that we cancelled our booking - we did not- but it then meant persisting to prove we were there, and leave this warning to others - do not book here !

Excellent location for exploring Paros

Location up a side street from the beach but only two minute walk to beach and five minute walk to centre of town. Lots of cafes nearby. Very friendly staff who helped with luggage as we were on first floor and steps were very steep. Spacious apartment with kitchen, comfortable beds, very small bathroom but served its purpose. Nice to have washing machine and iron. Small balcony overlooking other residences. It was clean with basic amenities. Breakfast was limited but OK as it was included and nice to have on rooftop. Excellent value for money.

Breakfast could have had more choices. Entry after hours could have had more lighting due to potholes in street and steep stairs up to apartment.

Walking distance to beaches

We liked the location, close to the harbour and walking distance to 2 nice beaches. The roof top terrace for breakfast was wonderful. The staff were outgoing, very friendly and helpful. They made our stay comfortable.

The unit we were in wasn't very clean and really wasn't cleaned daily. The dishes in the cupboard and cutlery were dirty. There were only spoons available, no forks or knives.

Best staff we’ve encountered while in Greece, clean and comfortable room, and solid location!

The staff was hands down the most friendly staff we encountered on our entire trip to Greece. Sofia, George, and I wish I got all the others names, are really nice, helpful and make you feel so welcomed. The hotel is in a great spot, about an 8-10 minute walk from the port. It was so clean too! You walk through the front doors and it smells so fresh and clean. The rooftop that they use for a continental style breakfast in the morning and a bar at night was really well done and had a great view of the Parikia bay!

Beds and pillows are a bit firm and could be a bit more comfortable.

Lovely stay at Paros!

The location of the hotel is great. 7 minutes walking distance from the Port of Paros and The Parikia Old Town. The staff is super nice always willing to help and make you stay super warm. The rooftop is lovely and you have the breakfast there and during sunset is a bar

The only detail they should improve in the breakfast is The coffee (filter coffee no so good no tasty and usually cold ) and provide more variety of food.

A nice weekend in Paros

An efficient hotel in central location near to the center of town with a panoramic terrace upstair the rooms with a kindly staff where Giuoli at reception was very sweaty and professional. I advice to everyone for the high value for money

Friendly Family Owned Hotel near center

Walking distance to port and bus station. Our studio had a washer and a small balcony. Great breakfast and very helpful staff!

We were in a separate building from rest of hotel. I think this was a new space they are developing. It needed a bit of decor. Hallway entrance looked like it was under construction

Peaceful piece of Paros

I loved how warm, welcoming and helpful the staff is. I got excellent recommendations about the surroundings and the restaurants I should try, and how to reach the hotel once arriving to Paros. The room was very light, clean and quiet, even if there was a construction site right in front of the hotel at that moment. The small terrace was located above quiet street and I could watch the nightlights of the hills nearby. The roof terrace had good breakfast, and you can retreat there to see the sunset there in the evening. The hotel is around 5-10 minutes walk from the buzzling port area, and you can easily reach the nearest beach and beach restaurants by following straight street down.

Good location, comfortable rooms and friendly staff

The location was within reach of everywhere we needed to be and close to many tavernas. We don’t mind walking around so it suited us. Room was fine and shower was good. Staff were friendly and helpful

The breakfast area on the rooftop is lovely but offers no shade or shelter from winds so is a bit uncomfortable . As the wind was blowing when we were there it was not pleasant and the food was also very cold did to the wind.

Good place to stay near the port.

Staff (Sofia) was great, friendly, helpful, professional and efficient.Apartment was comfortable, spacious.

Although the location is walking distance to the port and downtown area, the street where this property is located doesn’t make justice to the property. Yet, it is a great place to stay inexpensively in an apartment rather than a hotel room. Breakfast is served on the rooftop. It could have shades since the sun is extremely hot.

Paros stopover

George and the staff are amazing and go out of their way to help you. The hotel is close to the Port and you can easily get everywhere. It's value for money. Air con works well too. Breakfast on the rooftop was also excellent with a good range.

Okay stay, friendly staff!

The staff were amazing and very friendly. The breakfast was good with different options, they did cater for gluten free on the last two days of our stay. The roof top was pretty cool to sit out on in the evening.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, both beds did not have a duvet cover. We were quite cold so had to have the heat pump on all night to keep warm. Shower door did not close properly causing bathroom to be wet after using shower.

Amazing value for money!

Within walking distance to the port and Parikia's centre, where you'll find very good restaurants and some sites. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast is ok, served on the rooftop with a beautiful view.

Room was comfortable although some areas could've been better cleaned/maintained (especially in the bathroom).

You get what you pay for. Small room, not very comfortable, no sitting area, no table nor desk. Room decor similar to a hospital room. Cleaners not interested in cleaning. Strong points: hotel staff were nice and helpful and the rooftop terrace

Rooms too small, the towels were not changed everyday. No door in the bathroom, so the shower made all the bathroom got wet, and since the towels were not changed, it got a very bad smell. Since there were no parking, it was not always easy to park in the street.

Lovely stay amongst lovely people

We had a lovely time in Porto Bello di Paros. Location is great, walking distance to the port and the centre of Parikia. The room was very clean and had all necessary facilities. The staff was lovely, all of them had a big welcoming smile and made sure all of our needs were covered. We asked for a room to have a shower late at night (even though we had checked out earlier) as we had to catch a late night boat and then our flight back home and they tried their best to provide us with a room to shower and change after a day at the beach. Overall we had a lovely experience at Porto Bello di Paros and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Paros.

Extremely disappointed with the hotel.

Good location, walking distance from everything in parikia.

We had called and booked a transfer from the airport, when we arrived we were met by no transfer, we called the hotel and they had forgotten to arrange it. They then said that they called a transfer, after waiting alone at the airport for 1 hour we called again and they tell us that the transfer came and didn’t find us and asked everyone there (note that we were alone and the airport is tiny). When we told him that no car had come he called us liars. When we arrived to the hotel it took a good 10 minutes of waiting for someone to come to the reception even though we pressed the button multiple times. I don’t think we ever saw any of the staff after this, only the cleaners in the hallway. The room was full of dust, I’m allergic so that’s a fun time for me. The room was very poorly designed with double outlets behind the bed meaning that in order to charge your phone you’d have to have cables over you while sleeping. The shelf in the bathroom was way to high making it annoying to reach for anything and unpractical. No sound insulation meant you could hear everything 24/7. At around 18.00 the electricity in a couple of rooms was cut, including ours we tried to find the manager but were unable to. This happened when we were about to go out which meant that we were unable to get ready.
