The location was very convenient, walking distance to the heart of the city. We had to swap rooms, however the lady owner gave a a comfortable room and complimentary breakfast. Staff were helpful and friendly. The pool was nice and relaxing
The room backed onto a road where there was a bit of night traffic, however it was nothing earplugs and a eyemask couldn't remedy!

We booked this accommodation for our stay in Paris, 3 nights (island hopping). The hotel was within budget and comfortable enough. The sunset view from the balcony and close proximity to shops and restaurants was the best thing about it. We were a short walk (approx 15 mins) from the main shops and restaurants also.
Walking into reception, there was often a very unpleasant smell like sewage. The rooms did not smell like this however. Maintenance work was done on our room without prior notification (changing wall light shades). We had come back from the beach to find a female worker and handyman outside our room. They then explained that they had changed the light and they would send someone to clean up the dust from drilling. I do not understand why they could not have pre-notified us or done this once we had checked out as it was purely decorative (the light was functioning fine).
Lastly, the decor was quite dated, curtain hanging off the rail, a lot of empty space in the room where they could have put a nice chair or full length mirror. But to reiterate, this was a more budget option so partly to be expected.

The location was good around the main part of town. The pool was good at the end of the day.
The pool bar guy was very nice and so helpful.
The reception staff never looked up to say hello or at least smile when you walked past.

Horrible experience :uncomfortable bed dipped at the back
Booked sea view Received a room faced a wall
Pool had broken floating light in pool Water merky
Pigeon poop everywhere including side pool and stairs .
Ants in bed
Outdated design
Toilet didnt flush properly
Pool chairs need to be replaced
New umbrellas and cleaning of pigeon poop in pool and surrounding areas
Not a pleasant experience very sad actually
Asked the hotel to hold our luggage as we switched rooms my husbands watch and bracelet went missing but instead of trying to find a solution the lady said it’s not their fault . We filed police report ..

If I could rate this property a 0 then I would let’s say 1 for location.
The room they gave us was in a very bad state and you could smell the mould, I asked them if we could move rooms since we had booked for 6 nights they did accommodate this and the second room was better but no where worth the money we paid. 2 singles beds pushed together however they where both different heights cause of the mattress. Toilet seat was broken, mould round the shower, patch work of repairs showing, power cords lose round the tv area, balcony was meant to have a city view however had a view of the hotel across the street. Lift was broken and stayed broken throughout our stay. This hotel is not a 3 star but more a 1 if that and that’s for the location

Great location, great pool , clean.
Rooms very basic, shower too small( shower curtain clung to my back) , limited hot water in the evening

Good location for swimming, eating and bars. Decently sized room. Room had a balcony.
We arrived at 4:30pm (check in is at 3) and the staff told us all the cleaning staff we sick and our room wasn’t ready. They offered a free drink at the pool bar but otherwise were not very apologetic. Did not seem to know when room was going to be ready judging by the 10 people waiting in reception. We asked if they could hold our bags and they said we could leave it in the busy open reception. Bed very uncomfortable. Housekeeping came at 5pm and even then didn’t change sheets or properly make bed. Safe didn’t work. We had to ask for hand soap as housekeeping didn’t refill this either. Pigeons in the pool all day. Bathroom is spacious but separated by a glass pane so anyone in the shower is fully visible to the rest of the room. Bath has a button for jets which flashes very brightly into the room and had to cover with a towel to sleep.

Staff were prompt in responding to queries. Perfect position close to beach and restaurants.
This property is in need of additional maintenance but the areas were tidy.

Very nice outdoor and pool area as well as the breakfast facilities.
Aristea at the front desk was very polite and accommodating with our requests.
Nice recommendation from staff on the seafood tavern at the corner of the street with was great!
We booked two rooms of which one was a Superior room. This was more renovated compared to the standard room, however the ocean view stated on the booking was only a partial view.
Pillows were limited to one each and were very flat. We asked for two additional ones and only managed to get one.
The shower felt confined and we had a leaking toilet that only worked on half flush, when we brought this to the attention of the staff as it made constant noises, we were told it was ok and they would look at it, which was not done during our two night stay.
Overall nice stay but felt that value for cost was high.

We chose the hotel because it has a swimming pool. There are not many hotels in Parikia with pools. The staff were kind and polite and the cleaners were working hard. I think the whole place is understaffed and needs money spending on it. The location is good near the beach
I think the hotel is tired and needs money spending on it. The reception smelt of drains many times during our stay. The sun loungers around the pool were cheap and some were broken. The pool bar was open on an ad hoc basis. There were a lot of pigeons in the trees around the pool and pigeon poo on the ground and sometimes on the sun loungers. Pool bins and pool towels not emptied until the following morning. Staff were lovely and doing their best. Cleaning ladies were working hard and also lovely. I suspect the whole place is understaffed. No hot water late afternoon and early evening

Location was great, short walk into the centre of town and plenty of good restaurants nearby.
Fresh towels were delivered everyday.
Room was clean
The staff were quite rude generally and unfriendly.
When we asked about transfer to our next stay in a different area of Paros, they stated price for taxis only and were not forthcoming with any other information such as buses etc. We ended up having to source this elsewhere.
When we arrived there were only 2 beds made up in room even though it was booked for 3 people, when we raised this with reception it took several hours for them to rectify this.
The swimming pool had a weird film on the top and water was cloudy, you could barely see your hand in the water- seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while.
There was also a terrible smell of sewerage in the reception area every afternoon.

Pool area very nice
Bed was hard as a rock, pillow was thread bare, room was sparsely furnished, no dresser, no desk , all furniture was low to ground as if designed only for shorter people. Toilet didn’t work for a time in one of the rooms . No hair dryer, iron not in room

When we first stepped into the hotel we thought it was simple but it was actually perfect! 10 minute walk from the port, bus station and the picturesque old town! 2 minute walk to the beach and had a great pool with many sunbeds and shade. The staff were all helpful and the breakfast was suitable that was always replenished.
I would stay there again.
There were not enough pool towels and they were really small. They kept on running out in the early afternoon.

Nice location short walk from Port and centre of town, easy access to everything and a nice beach a stones throw away. Fantastic restaurant on corner and more great options on the beach for sunset.

Hotel has awesome opportunity for an upgrade .

Great value for money. Stayed one night and the room was nice, clean and comfortable. A small room but that was fine for one night. Handy to walk from the PORT. Breakfast was adequate. Pool looked inviting unfortunately the weather was cloudy and not warm.

The room was amazing, very spacious, comfortable bed and the younger guy on reception was very helpful and had great customer service skills, he went above and beyond to ensure a great experience was had.
The pool was closed off and hadn’t been cleaned albeit it was windy, it would have been nice to spend some time sunbathing around the pool. I particularly chose this hotel and spent the extra money on it as the room came with a bath only to be told when I asked for a plug for the bath that it was forbidden to take baths and they were unable to give me a plug. I find that absurd, considering you would use less water in a bath than in a shower. There was also strange noises at night and the walls weren’t very sound proofed, you could hear everything in the halls and other rooms.

Location was ok, within walking distance from the Port (approx 6mins) so that was good.
We appreciate we travelled out of season so imagine it would be better with the pool open and sun shining!
Most importantly, we were asked to leave the key at reception each time we left the hotel which we did the first day. However, when we got back the first night there was nobody at reception and all the keys for all rooms were left on the desk, accessible to anyone walking in from the street. From then on we didn’t leave our key at reception as we didn’t feel safe to do so.
There was also a continuous noise coming from the bathroom pipe/ fan which was very disturbing as it was every 5-15 seconds at all times including during the night which made sleeping difficult.
The TV in the room didn’t work at all.
The breakfast was very basic.

We had a lovely stay, and the staff at reception were very accommodating. Our ferry was cancelled and so we ended up leaving very late in the day, but they allowed us to store our luggage and use all the communal facilities for as long as we needed even after checking out.

5.0 / 10.0
Pretty good location, 15min walk to the port, the beach and the restaurants. Nice bakery right next door, beautiful pool we didn’t use. AC worked well. Host kindly brought us an extra pillow.
Breakfast options were limited for 5euro, very unconfortable beds (could feel all the springs in the matress). Horrible wifi. Could hear the noises in the hallways and the rooms next to us, but still pretty calm clientele.
