Hotel was as expected , but wasn't really 'boutique'

Staff were generally helpful & pleasant

Breakfast was ok , but could have had a few different items each day . 'Hot ' food was not hot , especially the eggs . The room was fairly basic , although quite a good size , tea tray wasn't replenished each day

Phenomenal Staff

The staff at the Pyrgaki Hotel is absolutely phenomenal! They made our stay a great experience because they were so kind of helpful.

We didn’t realize quite how far the hotel is from town and the walk is somewhat dangerous. It’s not really possible to stay here comfortably unless you rent a car.

Traditional family run hotel with stunning terrace & views over Parikia. Beautifully clean rooms with great facilities & delicious breakfast!

The restaurant could’ve been a bit nicer, given it is a long way to walk into town for dinner (if you’re without a car) but otherwise it was great!

Lovely staff - wish it was closer to beach.

Staff very helpful -changed my mattress as first one was like a brick ! Free port shuttle - lovely touch. Good breakfast.

Disappointed in balcony - just big enough for a small table and two chairs - so didn’t sit on it !! Felt a bit mislead as thought I was getting a much bigger balcony (website misleading) also said it was close to amenities - it was a good 15 mins walk to beach and 30 mins walk to the port. Had to hire a car get around.

Great hotel for couples and families

Great hotel, staff and location. Nice facilities, great pool and terrace, excellent breakfast. Nothing too much effort, 20 min walk to the edge of the main town, free transfer to the port. Would recommend for couples/ families

Staff exceptionally friendly, always present to help or offer options for places to visit. Excellent array of menu choices for breakfast, poor bar and snacks plus restaurant on site. Central location (20-25 min walk to port/local beach) Gorgeous views of town and ocean from venue. Venue aesthetically pleasing. Pool very warm.

A beautiful, authentically Greek hotel, with superb views of Parikiá

Breakfast was lovely, pool area was so tranquil and relaxing, and the staff could not be more helpful and welcoming. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The beautiful flowers around the hotel just add to its charm. Stunning views over Parikiá. We miss it already!

Not a reflection on the hotel, but there were some groups of other guests who were extremely loud without any regard for people around them and took over the pool area/breakfast room.

Paradise

The location was close to town but was still so quiet and peaceful. The staff are amazing. They are so friendly and helpful. Exceptional service/help. The food was out of this world. The best breakfast we had eaten.

Amazing staff, beautiful view, perfection

AMAZING stay, room was beautiful so was the view, huge variety of breakfast, staff is extremely accommodating especially LUIS, he was extremely helpful always recommend us the nicest places. Will book this resort again in a flash. Thanks for having us!!!!

Reasonable hotel, great staff but location is unideal

The view, pool and staff were fantastic.

The room was a little basic, the beds were on wheels but did not lock and were not very comfortable. The location is quite far from the town, and is uphill on the last part. Definitely consider a hire car or ATV to make sure you can get around.

Great location, just away from the business of the main area. Staff were super helpful and the breakfast was great! We loved our stay and will definitely stay here again if we get the chance to come back to Paros!

Excellent fun in the sun

Great varied breakfast, and very friendly staff always looking to help out. The pool was brilliant and the room was a nice size for us. Air con kept the room cool and we found the walk to town pleasant

Hotel needs renovation!

The room is very spacious and the king size bed has a huge balcony with a view. The advantage of having a restaurant open until 10 pm.

The hotel needs renovations! For a four star, it left a lot to be desired. The shower was terrible, the hair dryer was very old and it took an hour to dry a big hair. Mattress very hard. The location is a little far from the center, requiring car rental. The pool is big and beautiful, but there is no bar service at the pool, which makes it impossible to use it.

It was very clean and the staff were lovely. Pool was great and location was a nice retreat from the busier areas.

Air con/heating wasn’t working in the room and had to ask for more blankets as the nights were a little chilly being May.

Beautiful pool and very relaxing!

This hotel had an amazing view from our room, the pool and lounge chairs were so cozy and it was a 6 minute drive to the city center! They allowed us to stay at the pool after we checked out since our flight didn't leave until much later and it was greatly appreciated!

The rooms were a little small but we didn't mind since we weren't in them for much time at all. The fridge was small and no way to heat up food. Not much within walking distance but if you have a car its in a great location!

Perfect stay with friendly family hotel.

The staff was so friendly! at the check in Jenny told us many things about the island and arranged a scooter for us. The pool is so nice and the poolbeds so comfortable. So peaceful. We booked the standard room but it was quite dark and a small bathroom. later they upgraded us to the sea view room and that was a great room. Light and airy and bigger bathroom. Next time i would book a sea view room. The breakfast was great with lots of choices and also healthy choices like dates and muesli. Really a generous breakfast. Location is good as well. But always easy when you have the scooter so you can go to other places. And to walk into town especially in the night it’s better to have a scooter.
