The staff is wonderful! Maria is very professional, helpful & kind, as are the other staff members who carried our luggage and made breakfast and cleaned the room. Also, the location is perfect! Near the port with an extraordinary view!
Our room was located up 2 flights of very challenging stairs. (A narrow spiral staircase with a low railing that felt difficult to reach for support.) The room was very small! We had draperies and a sheer panel on the same rod so that you cannot fully close the drape to block out the sun (waking us up early). The shower stall is VERY small and has no shelf or dish to put anything on so we had to put the shampoo/soap on the floor and pick it up bumping our heads since it’s so tiny. The most difficult challenge for us, however, is that because it was at the end of the season, the hours that the reception was open were limited. We literally could not get into the main area of hotel before 8:00-8:30 in the morning and it was closed by 9 PM. We wanted to read, play cards or hang out in the hotel lobby, but were only allowed access to our tiny room which made us feel trapped and claustrophobic. I was in tears by the second day. Maria graciously allowed us to leave the hotel early and check into another hotel nearby refunding our money. For that we are very thankful! It was just not a good fit for our needs.

Wow, we were so amazed at the views, the room, the comfort of the bed and pillows. This was perfect in so many ways including the breakfast! I am looking forward to returning. The staff was absolutely amazing and helpful. The beach was great but the price of the chair rentals was very high. Some sun chair rental places not only charge for the chairs but expect you to spend the same amount at their restaurant as the cost of the chairs. We walked to the end of the beach where the prices were much more reasonable and no extra spending required.
Nothing, loved everything!

Breakfast was generally good but two of the important things could have been better - the coffee and the orange juice (it’s Greece, freshly squeezed is easy).

Cozy little hotel located right on the beach, with a beautiful terrace where they served breakfast in the morning and where you can enjoy a glass of wine at sunset, with mesmerising views over the sea, absolutely breathtaking. It is about 10-15 in walking distance from the Parikia marina and all the restaurants, so very convenient and accessible.
The rooms are decent, nothing fancy, but you have everything you need to make your staying comfortable.
The cleaning lady, Niki, is a sweetheart, very kind and polite and actually makes an effort to make guests feel comfortable and carefully attended.
Maria from the reception was extremely communicative and nice, always smiling and always with good vibes. She shared priceless information about restaurants, buses, places to visit and answered all my questions and needs.
All in all, a great place to stay, with beautiful people in the staff.

Location was excellent. Staff, especially Maria, were very nice and helpful! Very responsive to our needs and always willing to share great suggestions.
Overall great stay! Only suggestion is to add more food options for breakfast.

Nice location right on the beach with beach clubs nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they kindly gifted us wine for our honeymoon. It feels more like a proper hotel than a small guesthouse, which was a nice change.
It’s quite far from the main town—over 20 minutes’ walk—which made going out in the heat a bit of a mission. Shower head didn’t work properly and sprayed water everywhere. Like many places in Greece, there was no duvet, just a sheet.

The location was perfect- across the road from the beach. Breakfast had a good choice of eggs, pastries and cereals. The bed was comfortable and I had a side view of the beach which was nice.
The bathroom was very small. Only one person could use it at a time. The shower had a curtain that was short so the whole floor flooded. When we arrived, there was no one to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs - for a 91yr old and a 65yr old this was a problem. They had to ring someone who came within 10 minutes so it wasn’t too bad.

We booked last minute - arrived 3 hours before check-in and both receptionists Maria and Helen couldn’t have been more helpful. We got our room early and were offered beach towels as we were only there for one night.
Maria and Helen are so friendly and their customer care is amazing !
Spotless clean and Great location.
We will definitely be back.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with restaurant ideas and carried my bags upstairs to the room (there is no lift). The great receptionist also helped me carry them down. The location is perfect - walkable from the port and out of the main busy area and close to many seafront restaurants. Beautiful sunsets. I had an issue re the bathroom and they fixed it immediately and left me a complimentary bottle of wine on ice. There was a different homemade sweet for breakfast each day.
Partial sea room literally was “partial” and the balcony narrow but it was value for money. Although the breakfast was nice, some more fresh fruit would have been good to have with the yummy yogurt.

The location. Just a stroll along to the restaurants and the main part of Parakia. The beach is right there just a couple of feet away. No buildings in front so just an uninterrupted view of the bay - Glorious!!
The friendly and helpful staff. Being able to have both breakfast and an evening drink on the terrace just looking out at the bay. A really good size fridge in the room for cold drinks etc. even the side balconies have great views. Air-con in the rooms.
Costas and Maria made me very welcome, Nikki who cooked the breakfasts and cleaned is so lovely, too, and Helen who is the afternoon/evening receptionist was fun and extremely helpful with travel plans and helping me with my new phone and booking my travel back to Athens. As a solo traveller it means so much when the staff feel like friends by the end of the holiday and they are all smashing.
The bathrooms are small.

The hospitality of the Kostas went above and beyond! My husband got sick with tonsilitis and Kostas drove him to the clinic and pharmacy and even drove him to the doctor's the next day, we were only there 4 days, but we did manage to spend some time on the beach and exploring the port area and the city center, the room is is very nice, we had sea view and enjoyed sunsets from our balcony.
Everything was great

Good location. Close to the beach and town. Clean. Not noisy.
Bathroom was small. Parking for our rental car was up the street and a spot was not guaranteed. We lucked out and did find parking but it was used by others and we often had to wait for someone to leave. It was hard to manoeuvre.

The staff, Helen, Maria and the lovely older women were warm and welcoming. The location, the set-up itself, including the breakfast, which had good coffee. Thank you!
The room was a tad small, though the balcony made a huge difference.

Maria was a fantastic host -The best - follow her recommendations. We discovered beautiful beaches, great food and scenic villages. We fell in love with Paros thanks to her, her team, and the wonderful hotel she manages. Communicated details and info ahead of the visit, recommended a rental car at a good rate. The breakfast setvice staff were generous and helpful. The housekeeping staff hung up clothes we'd left on the bed. What a nice touch. We felt like royalty. We would love to go back!
Nothing. All good.

Great location, close to the port, restaurants and shops. The view from the hotel facing the beach is beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful.
The bathroom is very small and outdated, we didn’t have hot water during our stay though the owner arranged for us to shower at another hotel for one of the days. There is no elevator in the hotel, not ideal to have to take suitcases up the staircase, we were assisted with taking our suitcases up and down.

We got a side sea view room and enjoyed sitting outside with a glass of wine at night. Glasses and a fridge are provided. The towels aren’t line dried which is nice because when they are they can be uncomfortable and stiff. The breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in a long time. The staff is friendly and helpful too. I’d stay here again!
The room is a bit on the smallish side and I think there are rooms even smaller. It’s a little far out from city center, about a 15 minute walk and the sidewalk kind of peters out about 50 meters before the hotel so you have to walk in the road. But it is closer to the nicer beaches so if you want something convenient to beaches and city this is perfect.

Bathroom was not a nice experience. Shower squirts in all different directions , shower curtain yuk and the room stayed continuously wet.

The young lady on the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She provided a lot of information about the island and gave us ideas of things to see and do. The breakfast was lovely.
The washroom was a bit small. The shower curtain was very close to the toilet and there was a slight sewer smell coming from the drain. We experienced times when there wasn’t any hot water, only warm water when showering. The wifi in our room wasn’t great.

This place was exceptional. I stayed here five nights and loved it. The view is phenomenal. The host were very friendly and helpful. It’s an easy walk from the ferry terminal. I will stay here when I come back again.
