The hotel was in a good location
The rooms were basic which was fine but they were very dark. The outside patio was again basic and the accomodation could have done with a spruce up.
The breakfast was simple but could have had more fruit available.

Location was the best part
Overall the hotel was rundown, we had bad sewage smell in our room that didnt go away at all even after the plumber came to "fix it", ( we stayed in the family room) this was the main issue for us and it ruined the whole experience for us. because of this we wouldnt recommend this place to fiends and family.

This is our 3rd summer stay at this hotel and we love it! It has a great location that is very close to everything, a lovely pool area and simple but very nicely decorated rooms, and above all the staff are so friendly and welcoming, by the time we left we felt like they where family. Thanks again and hopefully see you next year!

It’s was located not too far from the promenade, room was clean and the room was very comfortable.
Breakfast, it was a buffet style but there wasn’t a massive choice.

The staff were very responsive to all communication. Check in was easy and instructions perfect on how to get there. They let us keep our bags as we were early and also had to stay later. They were friendly. The location is good. The rooms are clean. It was nice to sit by a pool. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the town but close enough. You can walk to here from the Port and to everywhere else in town. There are buses close by to take you to other parts of Paros.
The ratings by Bookings are misleading. It has 4 stars and 8 plus ... it is a 2 star hotel. It is a budget hotel and if that is what you are looking for then it hits the mark. It is not advertised as such on Bookings. The hotel and rooms are tired. The pool is a bit cloudy. The breakfast is mediocre. We were told to wait a day for our extra bed to be made because they were busy. I asked for the sheets and made it myself. The walls are thin I could hear the person above me snore at night. You can smell the septic system at times. I feel mislead by Bookings.com. I will pay more attention to reviews then scores. The place has potential but maybe they like it this way... more of the hostel vibe.

The location was awesome, easy to get to and quiet. The breakfast was very average,no fruit and yoghurt was not nice.
Some cooked eggs apart from cold hard boiled eggs. When we were trying to relax after a long trip to the resort the management kept on doing their business in a loud manner. The dog kept on barking too.

Casa Di Roma is a gem hidden away in Parikia! It is the perfect location to explore the island of Paros. The rooms are fresh, clean and fully equipped for a fantastic stay. The breakfast is varied and delicious, the pool is a hidden gem in a city where not all hotels have space to have a pool. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating - due to cancelled ferries, it meant I had to stay an extra night in Paros and the staff exceeded my expectations and helped with finding me a room for the night. I would highly recommend all to check out Casa Di Roma!

the location was very nice and close to the restaurants and port
the shower was missing the door so the toilet floor would get flooded

The location was fabulous! 2 minute walk from the beach, 10 minutes from the port. Beautiful location. Be prepared to share your stay with lots of furry friends 🐱
We really struggled with the drain smells in the bathroom, I think it’s an island wide issue but it was really unpleasant and we could only avoid the smell by having the window open at all times.

We had a fabulous stay at Casa Di Roma. Lovely caring attentive staff. Lovely big room with huge balcony for our family to enjoy. Amazing breakfast and service. Loved hanging out by the pool. We had an amazing time!
Everything was perfect.

Great accommodation and great value for money in a great location! All members of staff were very welcoming, polite and kind. The facilities (pool, bar, room)were kept clean and the cocktails from the bar were amazing! Very happy with our stay and hope to return back soon!
Everything was kept at high standards, maybe it could be good to have some more variety in the breakfast (e.g different kinds of marmalade or egg recipies), but still it was a great breakfast :-)

Situation was great, friendly staff, good size pool. Enjoyed our stay.

The property is small but has a lovely atmosphere. The pool is great & has a handy ledge to sit on in the water, which is lovely. It is close to bars & restaurants but in a quiet area. Also just a 10 minute walk to the Port & bus station.
We thought the breakfast was a bit basic but ok. We weren’t happy with the balcony in our room, which was very small & got no shade all day. The lady on reception allowed us to move to the room next door (A1), which had a much larger terrace, so we were really pleased & it made the holiday.
There wasn’t a lot of hanging space and no drawers in the room, so couldn’t unpack properly.

The staff is super nice, the hotel is clean and beautiful , the pool is lovely and I love the vibes :)
We just noticed a smell in our bathroom, but it was not a big problem. The breakfast could have some more options.

Great location with nice pool facilities
Staff were a little unfriendly and the bed was quite hard

We found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for walking to all the excellent restaurants, shops, the beach and arrival by ferry. The room was very basic in a traditional concrete construction, with a comfortable bed and small balcony overlooking the pool. Having a pool and a bar was a bonus. There was plenty of green space throughout the grounds. The ground floor apartments were great.
The pool was quite cloudy on the days we were there but it was refreshing. Perhaps a few more beds would be better. Breakfast was good but more fruit would be better. Our bed was attached to the wall so it was difficult for me with mobility issues to climb in and out.

Omg the staff were very hospitable especially konstandina...the receptionist
The breakfast could have been a little longer in time if availability

Location was fantastic, close to loads of shops and restaurants. Pool area is nice and relaxing and handy for windy days as it is sheltered. Kittens were adorable!
Breakfast could have been made better by adding more variety, especially fruit. Could do with a few more chairs/beds around the pool

The Wi-Fi did not work very well.

The room waas very clean and quiet. The pool is amazing and you can be in the pool area until late. The "villa" is very cute, all white and blue houses. And there are baby cats living in the garden! :D
The breakfast is not very fast and if you dont arrive in the first hour you get even less options.

Room was a little small and the pillows not too comfortable

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay! The staff were super welcoming and helpful. The location was great, easy to walk everywhere. It was lovely to have a comfortable room and bed linen/bath towels changed every few days. We were all able to unwind and enjoy Paros. Thank you

All good.

The location was excellent & the rooms were clean, crisp & comfortable. We were traveling as a group of 4 friends & had plenty of room to spread out. The staff was incredibly welcoming & super responsive before & during our stay. The pool area was beautifully tropical & stunning with its brilliant blue pool! The included breakfast was simple but did the trick. It was a fabulous value & I would highly recommend!
We would be hard pressed to find fault. It would have been lovely to have a cappuccino machine at breakfast but that’s just a personal preference.

Our room was right off the pool area on the ground floor, so no stairs and easily accessible. Very well kept hotel and grounds and inviting pool although the water was still too cold to try. A very short walk to the promenade and beach
The owner Michalis, and the staff Constantine and Panos were very helpful with our needs and questions. Breakfast was always plentiful, replenished often, but very little change. We were there 8 days so it got a bit boring, otherwise it was very nice. A common bathroom around the pool would be helpful too for people who have later ferries.

This property has an extremely relaxed vibration about it and is only a couple of minutes on foot (flat walking) from the shops and restaurants.

Incredible value for money. Travelled in low season in late October and we felt like we had the place, and the island to ourselves. Room was modest but comfortable, air con, and a large balcony with chairs to relax over the pool. Lounges by the pool were a great way to relax. Very short walk to Parikia town centre and restaurants. We debated whether to stay in Naousa, but are glad we were in Parikia as car hire was cheap (about €20 day) and easy to access from nearby the hotel. Basic but reasonable options available at the breakfast bar every morning. Very affordable price in low season given the pool, included breakfast and location. Would recommend for families even more than for couples.
No shower curtain made it tough to keep the bathroom and floor dry. No streaming or online options available on the TV in room, only local TV with 1 or 2 channels in English.

Location is great
Bathrooms are very small and in our apartment there was no door in the shower, which was a bit inconvenient as everything got wet after every shower

Great location, staff really friendly
I’d cut down the banana plants around the pool area as they look quite scruffy and hide the other great plants and flowers

The location was great. I enjoyed the pool area and the breakfast was nice as well. Spacious bathroom and lots of hot water.
The layout of the room was odd. Light switches and power plugs didn't line up with the bed set up. The bed was a built in platform (comfortable!) but the light switches weren't at the head of the bed. One was at the foot of the bed. You had to get out of bed to turn off the lights.

We had a really good time while on property, our room was spacious, and the beds were comfy.
The location is close to a main parking lot and a short walk to everywhere within Parikia, although keep in mind that the town is quite big and you might make a lot of steps at the end of the day.
Breakfast was quite varied and fulfilling.
The serving and kindness of staff was the most important , whenver we nneded anything extra they were fast to assit and provide. So, if you feel that anything might be missing, just ask, and they would be open to help.
They also had great suggestions for us whenever we had a question. At some point, we weren't sure what else to visit in Paros and the front desk lady suggested a day trip to Antiparos, which turned out to be one of my moms favorite highlights of this trip.
I recommend it for sure for future stays in Paros/Parikia.
There was one little detail with the shower wall in our room. It was quite short for us, so it was a bit tricky for us to shower without splashing outside of the shower wall. All the rest was excellent.

Beautiful property in a quiet setting with a great pool.
It is a little bit away from the main area and I was unsure about walking back at night by myself. I didn’t have any problems but I felt a little uncomfortable. However the nice thing about the location is that it is tranquil.

Great location, only few min walk to restaurants.
One of the only hotels with a lovely big pool in the town.
One room was lovely next to the pool , but the other one up the stairs bathroom was a bit dated and had to hold the shower head.
No music round pool and no atmosphere.
We arrived with my teenagers mid afternoon who promptly got straight in the pool. This was the reason we booked the hotel after all! After 10 mins of jumping in and splashing about and general pool play the manager woman came over and insisted was a ‘no jumping in’ rule. This was obviously rubbish ( no diving is acceptable but not no jumping in) and had said this to stop them making noise and having fun. If she had waited another 5 mins they would of been on the sunbeds on their phones in silence like 97% of their time. Put a bit of a bad start to what should of been a nice stay. Several other guests we spoke to also said they found her either very ‘fake nice’ or miserable.

Good location.
Not at all like the pictures, very basic, breakfast was ok, not a lot of choice. Rooms need an upgrade. Lots of mould in shower. The pool area was lovely but too many noisy kids. Not hotels fault but parents need to keep kids quite, unable to relax with loud kids. not enough pool lounges. Pool rarely cleaned we stayed for 3 days and you could see the pool was full of hair, oil etc.
