The reception ladies are the best humans! So nice and helpful, the bar is cheap for coffee, water etc. our room was super cheap and such great value for the money. The pool area is lovely with free towels and super clean. Great budget stay!

Absolutely everything!!! The staff is super friendly and helpful, the bedroom large and very comfortable! Breakfast was really good!! The location excellent, very near to the bus station and the port. I would highly recommend to anyone. The price makes it even better, very affordable and still amazing. Thank you very much!!!! Would come back 100%.

The advertising of this facility was very misleading, they show you a very nice room, the pool, the patio, but you don’t know that they have rooms in the basement with so little to no day light. I only found out from comments that they have basement rooms, however I took the risk believing the advertisement, and booked SIX MONTHS early to make sure I don’t get a basement room, I requested from the hotel explicitly that I don’t want a basement room, and they said they will try their best. Given that I booked 6 months early, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Up until the day of arrival I kept checking and they kept saying they’ll try to get me an upstairs room. When I arrived they finally said that they apparently have a contract with some youth group where they have all the upstairs rooms booked for these people, and only the basement rooms are available. I don’t appreciate that they told me this the day I arrived, they could’ve shared this information 6 months ago, when I could’ve booked another hotel. Anyhow moving to the room, the room is in the basement, two separate beds, feels like a dormitory of a low grade, the bathroom has occasional bugs, spiders, etc….given that it is in the basement it has a very mildew smell, and poor ventilation and sun. You don’t have a balcony (obviously) so it’s very hard to dry your clothes after coming back from a swim, you’ll have to go out of your way to go dry them in a common area far from your room. The cleaning was half way done, no change of towels, bed sheets, or anything. I don’t recommend this hotel, especially in the periods of the spring- summer holidays, as they have apparently all their rooms booked by this youth group and you’ll 99% end up with a basement room. Do yourself a favor and book another hotel, and don’t fall for promises! Oh and btw, the WiFi in the basement rooms is non-existent, and will keep cutting every two minutes.

The facility is nice

I stayed in a basement suite with a tiny window which wasn't very nice for the price I paid.

The area is brilliant, pool, seating area and bar. It’s a short walk into town. Room had everything we needed. Suitable for families, groups of friends, solo travellers, couples.

The room was large and bathroom was modern and lovely. I loved the pool and the pool loungers. The girls at the front desk were wonderful It is easy walking distance to the beach for good restaurants. The bus stops nearby.

Dark room, hard to find things. No balcony. So no washing line to dry swimsuit

Good location, 10 minutes walk to the seafront, nice and peaceful and beautifully maintained.

We weren’t aware until we got there that our room was in the basement, and although it was beautifully clean, it lacked daylight and no outside space - had we been staying for longer than 1.5 nights, this would have been a problem.

It was in a wonderful location and they also had free shuttle busses everywhere!

The online thing I had trouble with was the WiFi. I wasn’t able to make phone calls

The warm welcome from the pick up at the port to the reception team was amazing . Nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and comfortable and the bed especially so The rooms were cleaned daily which was a nice touch All our requests for additional items were met Loved the communal outdoor areas

We were badly bitten by the mosquitoes in the outdoor area despite having sprayed and wearing clothes that covered us

We had cheaper rooms, which were in the basement. The only good thing is that is was cheaper than other accommodations and that they took us from ferry and to ferry for free. But the car was old and we almost didn't fit, as there was seats only for 4 people and we were 5.

There was only one small window. In the whole basement was kind of weird smell of urine and cigarets. There was no signal and no Wi-Fi. We haven't got any info about the pool. When we got coffee, they charged us 4 euro for 3in1 Nescafe even though they had coffee machine (they didn't tell us we can choose, just gave the 3in1). The beds were too soft. There is fridge.

We really enjoy our time there. The unic thing that we don’t feel as good as we want was the rooms that they select to us. We choose normal rooms in Booking, and the informations tell that we have windows, terrace and kitchen; and when we arrived, they give us two rooms in the -1 floor, and they said that we have to pay more for the others rooms with the initial conditions. The rest was perfect.

They came to pick us up in the port, very nice people and apartment

Hotel was a short stroll from the main area but was very pleasant. Room was comfortable with a little terrace. There was a lovely courtyard where breakfast was served. Lunches were amazing and well worth ordering. Steve, the resident Yorkshire man was a font of local knowledge and ensured we went to an amazing fish restaurant. Great stay.

The swimming pool and the fact that you are picked up from the port fort free makes you have everything you need for a great value of money. Also, the staff has been so nice with us.

I would like to have more plugs to plug the mobile or whatever... If you plug the lamp you cannot charge any mobile.

The staff was very friendly and understanding. They helped out with any questions and offered services like room delivery for restaurants. The room was good sized and had a nice balcony. There was a pool and some sitting areas as well. Offered free shuttle service while I was there as well to and from the port.

The WiFi was terrible. It had a fast speed...when it was connected. It was down 90% of the time, coming in extremely spotty and barely working at times. There is no such thing as a blanket there: All you get are hand towels and a sheet (like a bedspread/covering) to use as a blanket. Air conditioner literally only works if every single window is closed; won't even turn on if any of them are opened. The shower has no walls (besides the building's wall); it is open to the bathroom with only a curtain to use to keep the water out of the rest of the bathroom.

Very well situated, a short walk from the sea front and city center. Room was very clean and calm.

The pool is mostly in the shadow , and the breakfast was not really worth the price.

Really nice property, stayed in 2 different upstairs rooms- both spacious with terraces. Great value and location just minutes walk from Center

Staff were lovely and friendly. Such good value. The basement rooms are not that bad at all. Not like you are in there much. Pool is small but was rarely busy and it's easy walk to sea and parikia Reception sorted my taxis too.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. They offered cheap transfers to and from the port, which was helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious and great value for money (only 10euro). The room itself was wonderful - very spacious, though the bathroom was quite small. Location was good, only 10mins walk to main strip of restaurants and port.

We had a basement room which was nice and cool but no place outdoors for us to dry towels and swimwear.

The hotel has 2 nice yards, one with pool. The cleaning pattern was better than more expensive hotels, in scirocco they clean the rooms every day and they change bed sheets and towels, (although I wanted cleaning every 2 or 3 days). The reception staff helped us with taxis and transfers.

the location is good, near the town but not ideal, we had to cross a highly trafficked road to reach the main town

Ok the bed was really comfy— that was my main concern and I was happily surprised. The wifi worked, as did the aircon. The room was clean and a cleaner came by every day which was nice. It was close to the port and was easy to get buses etc places as well. If you have bags, the €5 port pick up is definitely good value for money

It was a perfectly nice property— my only hesitation would be that if you are young and want to go out, I’d probably recommend that you stay in Naoussa instead, as everything starts pretty late in Paros (bars get busy at like 12:30 onwards and ppl eat dinner at 10:30) but the last bus back is at 3:30am, which for me, wasn’t really late enough. But apart from that, everything was absolutely great!
