Phenomenal

The location was so close to the main Parikia strip perfect for walking everywhere, the beds were comfortable and the balcony was perfect placement for the afternoon sun and morning coffee

Our shower head height was an odd placement and the staff weren’t fully accessible only through text

Great place about 10 minute walk from the centre of Parikia Old Town. Had a lovely view of the hills and great amenities. Cleaning was regular and the kitchen was so convenient to have. Loved having dinner on the balcony.

Nothing! May be difficult for people with mobility issues due to the slightly longer walk to get there, but was fine for us.

Perfect setting for what we were looking for.

A beautiful quiet setting with a short walk to town. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We loved our outside sitting area to enjoy our morning coffee. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay that has everything you need - this is the place.

Perfect place to stay central to Paros with all that you need.

Loved the convenience to central Paros and the spacious feel of the room.

Being a shared hall way with other residents, people were up late slamming doors, partying etc but noise policy kicked in at 2300hrs which was good.

Spacious accomodation with great facilities. 10 mins walk from the city centre / port but definitely still well located. Quiet neighbourhood and beautiful view.

Being a touch out of the city centre but still walking distance. If you have a roller suitcase, beware the ground is a bit rocky.

Large room, quiet but central location

Large room, nice balcony and view, well equipped, tea and coffee provided. Good info on arrival. Like the quiet after 11pm policy, shame 1 night an ignorant guest didn't comply at 3am talking very loudly. Not hotel fault just wish guests were considerate.

Small insects in bathroom, not sure if mozzies? We asked if they'd sort whilst out and they did. But by late evening insects were back again. Shame as was grear otherwise.

Decent place to stay

We were greeted by the host who was lovely and spent around 15 minutes talking us through her recommendations of Paros which was very helpful. The room was spacious and only a 15 minute walk from the port.

The bathroom was quite small, there was lots of paint peeling from the ceiling which wasn’t very nice. The hot water kept running out, despite not using the water for very long at all. The location was perfect in the day, however at night it was a extremely dark, long walk back from the old town/ port to the accommodation, which we definitely wouldn’t recommend.

had an amazing stay at Bizas room and studios! Costa and the staff were great! clean and spacious rooms. 5 minutes from the port. lots of cute cats in the evening. was very surprised to see we had a little kitchenette and a lovely balcony! would stay here again in a heartbeat

Great trip in Paros

Extremely nice host who gave great advice for visiting the island, he even drove us back to the airport. The room was well equipped and clean. We made a lot of cat friends which was also great. The location is perfect, less than 10min from the center of Parikia. Very pretty house for a very reasonable price. Couldn't have been better!
