A relaxing 4 days on Paros

We booked the deluxe double room with balcony & sea view and were very happy with our accommodation. The room was a good size, the bed very comfortable and the view great.

Great location, clean & comfortable rooms, the staff was courteous and welcoming - quiet, soundproof windows for when you are done with the outside world. Excellent restaurants surround the property but are not so loud as to be intrusive.

The view from balcony was amazing... the location was 900 m away from the port of Paros.. quite well-located

The cleanliness could be better.... the hotel itself seems to be old.. maybe a little refurbishment would make it shine again... no elevator.. but hotel reception was nice enough to help me with my luggage

The location and view from the room were incredible - right across the road from the beach. It was within walking distance to the port and centre of town but far enough away so that it wasn’t too noisy or busy. The staff were excellent and incredibly helpful letting us borrow beach towels and an umbrella, store bags and accomodating an early check in. We would 100% return.

The bathroom is a little dated but was clean and functional.

Paros was worth it!

Literally everything was perfect, the host and her daughter were very nice, I have to mention the cleaner lady who was like our grandmother! In short, totally recommended, great location, next to Livadia beach, mini and super market and city center Thank you guys 🙌🏻

A nice start to our holiday in a lovely location.

A lovely location on the sea front directly opposite Livadia Beach. An easy walk into the centre to the restaurants and shops. The facilities were new, clean and working (not always the case in Greece…). The staff were friendly and the room serviced daily.

We had a room at the back (see view in attached pic) which was beautifully sunny in the morning, but no sea view. The room was also quite small - but sufficient for a couple. No cause for complaint!

Lovely lady and gentlemen at the front desk. New bamboo firm mattress. Located by many restaurant options. Offered beach towel and chair. Secure parking. Clean. Kettle.

Shower wasn’t exactly equal. The hot water would fluctuate. Or none for a few minutes while I was all soaped up.

Superb location with one of the best views imaginable…if you get sea view/balcony. Newly refurbished, the rooms are very nice. Staff all very helpful, but leave you to it.

We had the most fantastic time at Livadia. Great location, beautiful room and stunning view!

I absolutely loved our room! We had the sea view with a balcony, and the room was beautifully designed. There was also a storm on one of the days we stayed in Paros, but it was a comfortable room to stay in when we all had to stay indoors until the storm calmed. I loved everything about the room. The location was also perfect - we came into Paros via Ferry and it was only a 15min walk / 5 min drive from the port. Super markets and restaurants were also all close by so it was a very convenient location. We rented a car for the day, and we could drive everywhere within half an hour from the hotel.

There were a few drain flies which were flying around the bathroom. Not a major issue but it did bother me a little bit.

Very kind and accommodating staff. The room was very comfortable. The hotel was a very nice 5- 10 minute walk along the shorefront into the main part of town.

Exceptional value for money

The room was very spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The balcony was large with comfortable furniture and a drying rack for swimming costumes etc. We enjoyed the 2 plate stove, kettle and kitchen utensils which allowed for self catering on occasion. The air-conditioner worked well. The two ladies who alternated at reception were exceptionally friendly, helpful and had good suggestions for trips and transport. We enjoyed the beach across the road which allowed for an easy swim in the afternoons after exploring the island. We enjoyed being able to have sundowners and watch the magnificent sunset from the beach bar across the road, Cava D'Oro. (Livadia restaurant wasn't yet open). Easy walking distance to many restaurants, a supermarket, the port and bus depot. Hotel Livadia exceeded our expectations! Highly recommended!

Not great value for money

We enjoyed the location. Not far from the beaches and with a 10 minute walk to the city.

It's not great value for money. The room was very small, the balcony too, and it was a very cramped room. It barely fitted an open suitcase on the floor because there just wasn't space for anything.

Exceptionally clean budget hotel. Beachfront location.

This is a basic, but exceptionally clean and well cared for budget hotel. Staff and maid service are excellent. Location is superb--on the beach and a 5 minute walk from the old town shopping area and docks. There is no elevator. Bathroom is compact, which is true in just about every Greek budget hotel. But its completely functional, so hardly a big deal for the price and quality.

There is a bit of clutter in the common area on the third floor. But who cares, really.

Ok time at Hotel Livadia….

Location was good & we had a pleasant view of the bay from a narrow balcony situated at the side of the hotel. The main bedroom was a good size & had plenty of storage. The second sleeping area was disappointing being a lot smaller & also accommodating kitchen equipment etc. The pull out bed was not very comfortable. This accommodation may work for a family of 4 with 2 children utilising the smaller room but we found it challenging as 4 friends especially Norman who is 69 & struggled to get out of the pull out section of the bed in the smaller room. It did make us all laugh though as he dislocated his ego on a couple of occasions getting out of bed!! 😂😂
