Great accommodation for our holiday trip! Very close to the beach, with plenty of dining options within walking distance

The location was excellent, very close to the beach and also to the restaurants. The apartment was clean and the staff were super friendly! The shower was nice and warm, and there was air conditioning. It was also nice that there was a fridge to keep our water in.

I honestly can’t think of anything that wasn’t nice.

Aratos Hotel Parikia Paros

Quiet hotel in a great location just outside main town of Parikia. 10 min walk to the port and centre of town, 5 mins from Livadia beach. Spotlessly clean and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is available at €10 per day if needed. Air conditioned and secure entry. Stayed in a deluxe room which was clean and bright. Good bathroom and shower. Loads of bars/restaurants within minutes walk and would recommend Parellia beach club at the far end of the beach where sunbeds were between 15 and 30 euros per set (2 people) per day. Very comfortable sunbeds and great selection of food and drinks as well as a shaded restaurant and no minimum spend there unlike other beach areas. Waiting staff are attentive and friendly. Would recommend.

Breakfast was a little limited in the hotel and could be a little more storage but these were only minor niggles and in no way impacted on the holiday.

Very comfortable and friendly hotel, great air con and location!

It was nice and close to the port and the beach and the staff were very friendly and helpful! The room was a good size and very clean.

Our room was on the ground floor and it backed on to a road where we had a few uncomfortable experiences and didn’t feel safe with people going past our room late at night. We had one night where a guy was staring through our balcony fence at us through our window and acting very strange. Maybe some extra security measures could be added to the ground floor balcony such as cameras or higher fencing? Otherwise our stay was lovely.

Not so suitable for families

Good location - near port and beach. Staff were friendly.

It was so noisy. Like a university hall of residence. The doors all slam loudly and we could hear loud talking and stomping upstairs all night/morning. It is probably more suitable for a group of friends to stay in than a family. We also couldn't use the small balcony because air con water ran straight onto it The bathroom was so small that if the window is open you hit your head and the shower went everywhere

FABULOUS - WE WILL BE BACK

The management and staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Full of smiles and tips of advice if you needed to know any information. Always there to have a chat and they make a effort to tend to all your needs and requests. Very generously provided me with hot water in the morning for coffee even though we did not book for breakfast.

Perhaps the privacy on the balconies that face the inland. But if you get your timing right - you can often avoid your neighbour. We were there in out of peak season and therefore it wasn't such a big deal.

Room was clean and comfortable...bed was large and comfy.....only small niggle was the shower warter that from ok to scolding hot then cold, very hard to set temperture..

Was a great time

The location was amazing, a cute little hotel. The two staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. The aircon worked very well and bed was comfy.

Absolutely great, lovely little hotel in a great location

The owner let us check in early which was really helpful as we arrived at 10am, he was really helpful giving us advise on bus routes and places to visit, and he was very welcoming. Great quiet air con in the room. Fotini was lovely and went out of her way to get some tonic water so I could have a gin and tonic.

Cozy room and friendly staff in a central location

Cozy interiors, very clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful, especially with explaining buses and ferries to get around the island. So nice to have a balcony. Perfect location in Parikia only a short walk from the ferry stop. Felt super safe for us girls!

A bit on the smaller side but looked as advertised. Needed key card to activate electricity in the room which meant fridge turned off when out of the apartment.

Great stay in Paros

Excellent location, very friendly staff and clean rooms. This was my second time there. The hotel has a beautiful garden area in the middle. Rooms are newly renovated and provide all the basic amenities.

I wasn’t too thrilled with the breakfast. Otherwise our stay was excellent.

Value and friendliness.

We were very happy with our stay. Excellent value for money. The location is just a few doors back from the waterfront and an easy walk to great restaurants, supermarkets and the Parikia Port and Square. The old town is fascinating. Our host, Spiros, was particularly helpful recommending great beaches to visit and a must, the Panagia Ekatontapiliani church (the oldest church in Greece), Is one of the best preserved Paleo-Christian monuments to see and is just nearby. This hotel is not 5 star but this is reflected in the moderate nightly rate. It's very well run. Thanks again, Spiros.

A lovely hotel and an outstanding host

This is a lovely, family-run hotel very close to the beach. Many of the rooms have been recently renovated and they are clean, comfortable and everything works well. There is a pretty garden patio and breakfast is available. The hotel is excellent value, and the host is an absolute gem! He is so kind and helpful. When we arrived he gave us a map of the island and a bus schedule and told us places of interest. Later, when we needed something printed, he helped us with that. Then we needed to go to the medical clinic and he drove us there and back, and also drove us to the ferry. I would rate his kindness at a 100 out of 10!

The room wasn’t properly cleaned, the toilet was dirty which I usually care the most. The bed wasn’t comfortable either but worth the money for the location and staff!

Simple, low key and friendly

Quiet, down a back street. Really loved the family that staffed this place. Accommodating with an early arrival to hang onto our bags, and were very helpful with advice and calling taxis and the like. Breakfast was ok, nothing special.

Location is great, walking distance to everything. Staff are awesome and the owner is so helpful and friendly - mapped out all the bus routes and never hesitated to help where he could.

Room is quite small so there is minimal space if you have more than one suitcase. There are no cups to have a drink but that not the end of the world as you can get some from the supermarket down the road.

Good location&clean rooms

The location was convenient and the staff was very friendly&helpful. The room was clean and comfy, a/c was working fine and it had a rather large balcony.

Wifi was weak and the walls were very thin that you can hear every sound from other rooms very clearly which was kind of disturbing especially at nights and very early in the morning.

Exceptional

We arrived later than expected, around midnight but Aratos could not have been more helpful. The room was perfect, very clean and comfortable and the location just a few minutes walk from the port.
