Everything was very good and cozy!

we found it so easily.Very close at the terminal and the port! we didn’t found someone at the reception because we arrived at 21:00 and we had one night stay but it was very easy to find our room! the room it was very clean! thank you very much!

Amazing value. Small room with very small bathroom but room was well equipped with extra touches which were unexpected for the price. Beach towels provided. Everything in the room functioned well.

Perfect Location on a Beautiful Island

Great communication prior to arrival. Key easily accessible. Fabulous location just off street at end of main street and close to beach, restaurants, supermarket. Nice size bedroom. Very clean. Clothes pegs provided for rack on balcony. Comfy bed, nice sheets and pillows and soft towels!! Plenty of hanging space etc.

My room overlooked an alleyway adjoining flats belonging to locals. Their TV was on constantly quite loud and they talked very loudly. Could not sleep with door open which I prefer rather than air conditioning. Doors in block closed and locked very loudly. Could be noisy when guests came back at night. The bathroom was TINY. Even toilet had to be installed at an angle.

Nice for a short stay

Good location to beach, restaurants and shops. Bathroom is on the smaller side of things but we managed. Host is lovely and is willing to help out and offer advice for what to do! Definitely recommend

Close to Parikia Port, amazing owners and close to everything you need. Would stay here again.

A perfect peaceful place from which to enjoy Paros.

Everything, especially being able to walk down a little lane, cross over the road and be in in the sea swimming off a small beach in max 2 minutes! The taverna just beyond the hotel is excellent although closed on Mondays. We were delighted to have a little balcony of our own! Gorgeous.

Great location and staff

- perfect location, walking distance from the port, beaches and bus stop - room was clean - welcome basket and information pack was a nice touch - friendly staff - I was able to add on an extra night and they were super accommodating and took care of my bags during the process

- the shower was quite restrictive as the toilet system was in there, which meant the shower curtain would cling to you when showering

Room quite small, bathroom tiny, shower area far too small with very hot tap in the middle which is difficult to avoid.and clinging shower curtain. Stayed 7 nights, no room cleaning other than emptying bins and change of linens.

Location was amazing!!! Staff were very helpful we were able to leave our belongings after check out, which was super helpful as our ferry out wasnt till 6pm. Super flexible and accomodating. Would stay again!! Great value for money

Great location: quick, cheap, easy

Amazing value and location! The place is just a short walk down the alleyway to the Main Street through Chora (Parikia). We really enjoyed exploring Paros and Kato Yialos was a great place to come back every night. It also has a parking lot nearby which is very useful if you have a car and lots of luggage.

The reception staff was not often on the site, but was responsive through WhatsApp. The room was overall comfortable but did not blow away in terms of aesthetics. The shower curtain was ripped, and the shower handle kept falling because the holder was loose. The walls were very thin and we could hear things from adjacent residents. I think since this property is cheap it attracts a lot of partying tourists. People were playing music loud and drunk yelling, and woke us up a few times when they came back in the middle of the night.

Beautiful place, in a very convenient location with being a few meters away from shops and restaurants. 10 min walk to the port

Great budget friendly option on beautiful Paros

Great location down a charming alley way, 30 second walk to the water and so many restaurants and a convenience store at your fingertips. The host was very lovely and approachable. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels etc.

As others have mentioned the bathroom is small, but it does the job and is well cleaned
