Clean, easy to access and friendly helpful staff.
Although the pool was clean and tidy, the pool furniture was old and sometimes broken. But all in all it was a nice place and i would stay there again

Amazing grounds and pool. The staff were very kind and helpful. Good breakfast on the terrace. Liked that the property is just out of town, enjoyed our walks along the path.
Needs a lot of work doing to it, everything is old and needs repair. The shower was ridiculously small. Limited hot water at times. A big hotel with 42 rooms is busier than we thought, noisey people banging doors all night.

Very nice staff, they were helpful and smiling all the time
Good breakfast and pool was big with sufficient sunbeds
There is a seperate walking path to go into town, which is very nice to have
We also liked to charm and style of the hotel, we would definitely book again!

The staff were wonderful and so was the pool area. Breakfast was solid and there’s an easy walking path down the beach and port. The owner gave us lovely tips on places to eat and visit.
The bathroom is dated but functional.

The hotel operator was very responsive to our needs. We had lost luggage and she assisted us with liaising with the airport for it to be delivered to us. Any questions we had re buses, places to eat etc were answered

We had a great 4night stay at Eri hotel. We had a twin room, with very comfortable beds and the room was very clean, cleaned daily and was well air conditioned.
We enjoyed sitting at the pool, with comfortable sunbeds and shade.
The breakfast was very good with lots of options.
The balcony looked over the pool and had a great view to the sea. Fabulous to watch the sunsets in the evening.
The hotel is about a 10/15min walk from the sea front, but it is a nice walk which is lit at night.
Lots of lovely places to eat nearby, and we also loved the boat trips to other beaches and Antiparos from the port, 20mins walk from the hotel.

Shower pressure was virtually 0 and never any hot water

A great pool with lots of sun beds and space to enjoy. The staff were very friendly, always cleaning both inside and outside of the hotel. They organised taxis for us to other towns and the port which was very convenient.
Nothing.

We had a big room with an excellent balcony overlooking the pool. The pool itself is really nice but very deep. We had a very warm welcome and the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also really good. It’s not a long walk (via a short cut) into town and beach restaurants.

Room was a nice size; wish we could have included our single friend in our room, as there were enough beds for our family of 4 plus an extra! Booking wouldn't give us that opportunity.
The showers could use some updating. Cramped/no shelving for washing products and the plastic shower curtain kept sticking to our wet bodies.

Great value, view and pool! The staff were very helpful and the public bus stop was right outside the door. There was also a grocery store close by. Breakfast was handy and good.
The beds were old and not very comfortable and the fixtures were old. With that said it was good value and we liked meeting the other guests. There was a high number of seniors.

This was a nice hotel located on a busy road and easily accessible from the port. I can only review my room which was not part of the main building; it was quite large with daily cleaning & fresh towels. The breakfast is a typical European continental breakfast which is plentiful; breads, yogurt, cereal, fruit, egg dish, etc. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a space for parking cars which I would recommend if you want to see more than the port. There is a path in the back of the property that leads back to the port and it is lit at night, but it is also isolated. I used it my 1st night without incident, but as a solo woman it wasn’t one of my wisest choices. I took my car on all other evenings and easily found a spot one or two blocks off the port.
I am a solo woman traveler and my room was outside the main building in a small building. It was the only outside isolated guest room; I believe there were staff staying on the other side of my room. When I checked in I questioned my location and I was told it was the only room available; not true! I observed multiple rooms in the main building remain empty throughout my stay. When I left I complimented them on their hotel, but expressed my concerns about being a solo woman traveler and the room I was given. I was told my reservation was for a budget room and that was the only one. I do not remember booking a budget room, in fact I clearly remember booking a garden view room. I also asked at check in if I could pay to change to a different room, but was told there were none available. They should really take into consideration solo woman travelers and notify them of the setting before arrival. It would be great for a couple who wants privacy, but not a solo woman traveler.

This hotel had a lovely homely feel to it and run by a family. It was set in a beautiful location and 15-20 minute walk from the main shopping/restaurant area. Lots of food available for breakfast.
At sunset we got bitten badly by insects. Be aware to not be outside during this time with the vegetation around the hotel. Totally out of their control.

Accommodations were very nice. We were travelling with our 3 teenage children and our room was gigantic! Even still, Helen(?) offered a separate bedroom for my husband and me right by the large room so we could have our own private sleeping space. This was above and beyond expected! We so appreciated this gesture.
The breakfast buffet was excellent and the seating on the outside patio provided a very relaxing and beautiful place to start our days!
The van transfer from the ferry port to the hotel (and back again) was very convenient and economical (only 15 euros for our family of 5).
The pool was very refreshing and a nice area. Being able to order food and drinks from the bar area was nice.
The port and restaurants and shops were just a short 10 min walk away (down a convenient path that led directly from the property). We could have gotten a taxi, but the walk was easy and convenient.
I can't think of anything to improve on, except maybe a few more pool loungers would have been nice. The pool was well attended one of our days so all the loungers were taken. But there were still chairs available, so we all still had somewhere to sit, so it wasn't that big of a deal.

Property was clean and has a very nice pool
Rooms were a bit “tired” ,bathrooms need an update

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean with a great balcony sea view. It was close to the town, about 1/2 mile easy walk. The pool was large and deep. No shallow end. Elaina was very helpful and friendly and arranged transfer for us. Breakfast was very good and had many options.
The towels were rough but they are trying to conserve energy.

This a great hotel an easy 10 minutes walk to the beach / restaurants and another 10 into the main town / ferry port. The hotel itself is really nice and kept very clean. Our room was huge, albeit a little dated but still very comfortable and clean. The staff were really nice and helped arrange a hire car for us to explore the island (and Antiparos). For those not wanting to drive the bus stop is right outside the hotel.
My only slight negative would be that there aren't enough sunbeds around the pool. The pool is a great and a good size but also really deep so not ideal for kids.

Location was quiet and very pretty. The pool and surrounds were near perfect. Path to town was a bonus.
It's a 3 star hotel but we found the room and bathroom small, but it was clean and quiet. Same break my every morning.

staff, location, pool and general feel of the hotel were all extremely good
Aspects of the room were in need of an update .The air conditioning unit was extremely noisy and the mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable-all in all , I slept very poorly for 3 nights!
Breakfast on the patio was delightful but limited variety of food at breakfast - tinned pears and peaches every morning-a little bit more variety would be easy to achieve !

The staff was amazing and the view from the hotel was amazing as well. It was a good location and super easy to find. The food for breakfast was delicious and their dinner was good too! The outside pool area was great but the pool itself was all deep which is great for swimming but not so great for just hanging out and chilling. Overall a great experience and would definitely rebook if when I make it back to Paros
