Wonderful host. Spectacular views in a peaceful and relaxing setting. Easy walk to town.

Ricardo is an exceptional host. He is very helpful and kind. The view from the terrace is spectacular! Easy walk from the pier with car rental locations plentiful. Car rental is helpful to tour the island or ATV's. Extremely relaxing vibe. Easy access to ferries for day trip to other islands.

An unbeatable view and location even with its shortcomings.

The view is definitely the star of the show,the photos advertised are right on! The unit is truly directly across the street from the beach. A large balcony is great for entertaining.

Although clean and functional the bed needs an upgrade. You’ll need to be handy with remote controls as there are a number of them. I don’t know if it isn’t allowed by the town but we would have loved a simple beach chair in front of of the unit for amazing sunsets but unfortunately you have to walk a short distance away to rent a lounge chair.

BOOK THIS PLACE!

If Ricardo's place is available, BOOK IT!! It was the highlight of our stay in Parikia. It was the only "cottage"(second floor) across from the beach. The patio was incredible(huge, private with amazing views plus shade, day beds, and a large dining table), and the inside is very nice and spacious with excellent AC. The bedroom has shutters over the windows, preventing early light from entering your bedroom in the morning. Book a reservation at Mario restaurant, not even a minute walk away, overlooking the sea. Ricardo is incredible. He was extremely attentive, yet we never saw him, aside from check-in. He helped us with our bags and told us playfully that he would be angry if we didn't message him with a request or inquiry during our stay. We very were close to many beach restaurants and a 5-minute walk to the main part of town. Noise was not an issue at all. We felt very safe and we were the only ones there. There is a great parking spot that is gated. The beach is excellent: clear and warm water. One review stated that they enjoyed cooling off in the water and then walking back to dry off on the patio. We very much enjoyed this as well. Ricardo also provides a hose to wash away the sand. BOOK this place. You will not regret it. Thank you, Ricardo!!

A wonderful relaxing week. No hire car needed, busses do the job brilliantly.

As this accommodation is not bed and breakfast, commenting on breakfast is not applicable, however if a toaster had been added to the kitchen appliances it would have been much appreciated.

What a place

What an amazing place to stay in Paros. Ricardo is an excellent host and the place has all the amenities you need. 10 steps from the front gate and you are in the sea. The terrace is the best part of the apartment. Would easily give Ricardo 12 out of 10.

Absolutely fantastic. This was 10/10. Wouldn't change anything it was a spectacular place and the Ricardo and his wife were so helpful and friendly. Sorry we didn't write a review sooner. We had one written but it didn't send through because of service.

Gracias a Ricardo

El anfitrión, Ricardo, es absolutamente fantástico, se preocupó en todo momento de que estuviéramos cómodos y contentos. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario y unas vistas espectaculares al mar y a la puesta de sol. El lugar es tranquilo.

Un poco mas alejado del centro de la ciudad pero más cerca de la playa. El precio es mas elevado en comparación con alojamientos similares cercanos.

Mooi en goed voorziende airb&b

het is een prachtige b&b met panorama vieuw en het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. Er zijn genoeg taverna's en winkels in de straat en met een paar stappen ben je in de zee. Goede airco, goed bed, keuken is compleet. we kregen genoeg handdoeken , toilet en badkamer artikelen. Het was in 1 woord een top honeymoon voor ons. Ricardo is een goede gastheer en heeft ons warm verwelkomt! Je kan hem altijd whatsappen als je vragen hebt.
