Amazing hospitality, a wonderful stay in Paros

We had a wonderful stay, thanks to the incredible hospitality of Effie, Barbis, and George, who went above and beyond to make our experience special. When I initially booked, we needed to adjust our dates slightly, and Effie immediately accommodated the change. As a result, we were generously upgraded to a better room at no extra cost. We stayed in the studio, which is separate from the main hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The property itself is beautiful, with a lovely pool and a well-maintained garden—perfect for relaxing. The on-site bar is also a great spot for refreshments throughout the day. Effie, Barbis, and George were incredibly helpful during our stay. They assisted us in booking taxis to and from the port (it’s about a 20–25 minute walk, so not ideal with luggage, though pleasant for walking to nearby restaurants), and they also helped us arrange a scooter, which made getting around the island much easier. No request was too much, and their kindness truly made a difference. We would absolutely love to come back!

My only recomendation would be to purchase some bedside lights so guests have more lighting options when going to sleep / waking up.

Lovely place to stay, great views, clean very welcoming owner

Effie couldn’t have been a better host. The location and views are amazing. The rooms were clean and maids were in everyday. Breakfast by the pool area was an added bonus. We really enjoyed our time at Roses Beach

Our shower wasn't warm at any point, but it doesn't matter so much when the weather is so hot!

Great hosts, Effie & Babis always make themselves available. Nothing was a problem if he had a beautiful smile every morning at breakfast great breakfast was a great barman always had time to speak to you as well as Effie , their son George made great cocktails The whole family made us felt more like family members than guests. Highly recommend this place will return.

Fabulous place, however not sure we would return

Great pool, gardens and view over bay to town centre. Room had a lovely view also over the bay.

Was aware of the walk into town, however the road was narrow in parts. Could do some via the beach. We had no car so walking or taxi was only way. Other than the loo no bin in room for rubbish. Hung a carrier bag from door! Also no hair dryer in room. Every time we showered it flooded the bathroom.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. Fab cocktails from the poolside bar. It’s a very beautiful property with a lovely pool. I liked too that Many rooms are facing the pool and have sea views and those which don’t, are priced accordingly so there is a choice. The location is ideal, a quiet spot just a short walk away from the beach, bars and restaurants

Perfect Paros Paradise.

Effie and team were exceptional. Their hospitality was greatly appreciated - they all made us feel very welcomed. Breakfast was great: yoghurt, fruits, bread, tea and coffee (and more) on offer every single day. Great air conditioning in the rooms for hot nights too!

This hotel made you feel like family! We really enjoyed the relaxation of this hotel and it made our trip. I wish we could’ve stayed longer! We will be back. The pool was wonderful, breakfast outside was relaxing, and the room was comfortable.

Perfect stay in Parikia!! Best view from window and balcony to the bay of Parikia. Excellent price for the quality. Beautiful pool and garden with lots of spots to relax. Very effective window shields that block all of the light. They let us do early check in, which was very helpful. Can’t think of anything wrong.

We got an amazing experience at Roses Beach Hotel! We got the best room with a view towards the sea, and the breakfast is really good buffet style. We got the pleasure to meet Effie and she helped us to rent a car and a boat, as well as giving us the best tips to travel around Paros. The kindest person. We are truly grateful for the experience and I think anyone who decides to choose Roses Beach Hotel as their place to stay will have a similar experience. Thanks a lot!

Amazing place to stay with a wonderful host 🩷

Right from the start Effie was so helpful. In 30 minutes of arrival she had arranged an ATV dropped off and out laundry collected. The accommodation is beautiful. From the breakfast to the pool area and grounds. We had room 12 which had a lovely sitting area day bed overlooking the pool and ocean. Gorgeous. It’s a short walk 20 min walk to bars restaurants and supermarkets. Effie provided great resources as to where to go and what to see. The bar was open from 6pm. We stayed 3 nights in May. We now wished we had stayed longer. Highly recommend Roses Beach Hotel and thank Effie for being so generous 🩷. Love love it there. Cath & Peter

The property had an amazing pool with a great view of the harbour. Watching sunsets from our patio was the highlight. Effie was an amazing host, she arranged an ATV rental as well as a taxi to the airport. Wish we could've stayed longer.

A lovely gem situated a short walk from the main strip in Parikia. Effie was super helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, particularly when we left our bag in a taxi and she helped us make sure everything was returned safely. Would recommend Roses beach to anyone!

Perfect few nights away

The room was amazing and had a lovely view with 2 balconies!! shower was amazing too. the pool was great and I love that it was deep! really close to the beach and restaurants too.

The only bad thing I could think of was the road leading to the hotel is a bit dangerous at night as there’s no pavement so you have to walk along a dark road. I guess that’s only if you decide to walk !
