Perfect stay, I definitely recommend it

Great stay! The location is very good, just a few minutes walk to beautiful beach spots with sunbeds and nice bars, there are also a lot of tavernas, bakeries and supermarkets nearby. the studio was very clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds, nespresso machine, and a nice welcome gift. Easy self check in and check out, and I could even choose a drink for the room.

A beautiful modern island holiday home!

The apartment was beautiful and modern- very clean and comfortable! We loved the central location and it was very quiet at night time. The owners made sure we were looked after and gave us a beautiful welcome pack on our arrival. The two local cats were adorable as well 🩷

The Greek island feel. The location was great. I like the outside shared area. The help was flexible with her schedule to clean our studio. And the owners or management were very helpful in all aspects from providing transfers, recommendations to even offering to make dinner reservations.

The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no AC in the main living area. And there was only one bathroom. For a family you need two.

Loved our stay here!

Very clean, new apartment. Comfortable furniture, 3 separate balconies, nice quiet neighbourhood. The owners were very friendly and organised, sending through a message with details about check in, transfers and facilities etc. the day before check in so we were very prepared.

Only problem was a leaky aircon on our last day - messaged the host and they planned to check it right away after we checked out.

Unique place — highly recommended, would visit again!

I stayed in Studio 2, which is very spacious and I really liked it. The outdoor area is very idyllic. The branding was super cute – I loved those little touches like welcome bag, gifts from the hosts. You can borrow beach towels, which I really appreciated during my island-hopping tour. It was truly a lovely stay.

Studio moderne proche du centre

Studio spacieux, moderne et bien aménagé ! L’arrivée avec la boîte à clé est très pratique et nous a facilité la vie. Le logement est très confortable, dans une petite rue à l’écart de la rue principale, à 5 min des plages et 10 minutes du centre. De petites attentions étaient prévues à notre arrivée.

On entendait les chambres à côté mais c’était léger.

Le studio que nous avions en rez-de-chaussée était un peu sombre sinon tout était parfait !

Adelfia - wir kommen wieder - dann aber länger!

+ Sehr schönes Apartement, blitzsauber und neu eingerichtet + Ruhig und total entspannt + Perfekte Lage, viele Strände und Tavernen in Gehweite (auch mit Kind alles easy erreichbar) + Deutschsprachige Besitzerinnen - sehr hilfreich bei Buchung von Mietauto für Tagesausflug und Restaurant-/Strandtipps + Begrüßungsgetränk mit Knabbereien und eine Wasserflasche am Zimmer - echt top nach der Anreise!

- Kein Frühstück in der Unterkunft (nicht schlimm für uns, eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln war da, ums Eck gibts nette Cafes) . Also eigentlich nichts zu meckern.

Adelfia - super Studios mit praktischen Elementen -

Zentral und vom Trubel etwas entfernt befindet sich diese kleine, feine Studio-Anlage mit einem sehr schönen Innenhof. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel eingerichtet mit angenehmen Betten und einzigartiger Klimaanlage sowie kostenlosen Safe, TV, Minibar, Kochplatten, Wasserkocher und Nespresso (!) Kaffeemaschine. Da wir das Prinzip mit den Nespresso Maschinen von anderen Studio-Anlagen hier in Griechenland bereits kannten, haben wir uns die eigenen von zu Hause bereits mitgenommen, um in den Tag mit dem Lieblingskaffee auf dem Balkon genießen zu können. Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC sowie Stauraum für Kosmetika ist vorhanden. Das Reinigungspersonal ist sehr zuvorkommend und das Studio wurde täglich schön gereinigt. Das Welcome Package, welches individuell zusammengestellt wurde - war eine sehr nette Geste und wir konnten somit gleich ein gekühltes Bier genießen. Was uns auch sehr überrascht hat und ich bis dato noch nicht kannte, war die "Schlüsselbox" zum Hinterlegen mit einem eigens kreierten 4-stelligen Code. So konnten wir den Schlüssel bei unseren Ausflügen direkt vorm Studio hinterlegen. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser neu eröffneten Studio-Anlage.

Tolle Unterkunft mit österreichischen Besitzerinnen

Typisch-griechisches Haus mit viel Charme und wunderschönem Innenhof der zum Verweilen einlädt. Mein Zimmer war sehr stylisch eingerichtet. Man bekommt als Geschenk sogar eine Tote Bag mit dem Logo, die echt super aussieht. Das Bett war total bequem und es gab eine Nespresso Maschine mit ein paar Kapseln. Ich bin erst spät angekommen und konnte gleich am ersten Tag perfekt mit einem Kaffee in den Tag starten und musste nicht vorher noch extra zum Supermarkt gehen. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand, Tavernen und einem Supermarkt entfernt. Es gibt auch tolle Möglichkeiten für Morgenläufe. Entweder stadteinwärts an der Promenade entlang mit morgendlichem griechischem Treiben oder stadtauswärts an der Küste entlang mit atemberaubenden Ausblicken und viel Ruhe. Es sind deutschsprachige Gastgeberinnen, sie waren hilfsbereit und freundlich und haben mich mit tollen Ausflugs- und Tavernentipps versorgt. Es war ein erholsamer und schöner Aufenthalt auf Paros. Ich würde Adelfia Studios sofort weiterempfehlen.

Stilvolle & gemütliche Unterkunft in Stranddnähe

Unser Aufenthalt bei Adelfia Studios war einfach wunderbar. Die Lage ist perfekt – nur wenige Schritte vom Meer & Strand entfernt. Die Zimmer sind schön und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über eine eigene Terrasse, die uns einen privaten Rückzugsort bot, sowie eine kleine, gut ausgestattete Küche, die ideal für die Zubereitung kleiner Mahlzeiten war. Besonders genossen haben wir den wunderschönen Innenhof, in dem man im Schatten von Olivenbäumen entspannen kann. Es war der perfekte Ort, um nach einem langen Tag am Strand oder der Erkundung der Insel zu entspannen. Das Haus selbst ist ein typisch griechisches, blau-weißes Gebäude, das sofort Urlaubsstimmung aufkommen lässt. Alles in allem können wir Adelfia Studios wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!
