Wonderful stay

Beautiful property, simple rooms but everything you need was there, fridge, kettle, hairdryer. Very nice and quiet balcony surrounded by lemon trees. The hostess Arsenia was wonderful, hospitable and very helpful in all matters. The guesthouse is quietly located between the harbor/city center and the beach. I recommend it without complaint.

Only, if you are taller than 1.75 you might have trouble fitting into the bed.

Arsenia was amazing, she gave us a lot of tips and tricks that we used to explore the island. The room was very clean

Beds are old and not comfortable, shower is too small and you flood the whole bathroom each time you take a shower. Rooms are not well isolated, i used to wake up everyday because of the rooms next door, you hear them in the bathroom and in the corridor but you get what you paid for

A beautiful place rather close to the centre of Parikia, includes AC and daily cleaning services. Arsenia is very kind, helpful and gives awesome tips, so definitely listen to those. 10/10 recommended

Great Host - Good peaceful room.

The Host was very nice - She came to pick us up , Informed a lot about where to go in Paros - what to do where to eat..... and dropped us at the port. Patio was great - Room was good and Clean. 20 mins walking fro the Port .

Lack of Hot water to take shower. Would appreciate if another soap bar is offered.

The location was closed to the center of Paroikia. Mrs. Arsenia picked us up from the port and drove us to the port and she was really helpful and willing in general. The room was also closed to the nice beaches, beach bars and restaurants.

Beautiful Garden and peaceful location

Beautiful garden and peaceful location. Room was clean and comfortable with all essentials. The owner picked us up and dropped us back to the port. I have mobility issues and the walk to the port and strip with all the restaurants were a little struggle but for normal people it’s less then 10 minutes walk. Beautiful island and lovely host who gave us maps and talked us through the points of interest On the island. Rooms were cleaned and made up every day. I would absolutely recommend this place, excellent value for money.

Nice place to stay in Paros main city

What a wonderful room in Parikia ! A bit outside of the city center, not far from a small beach and some good restaurants, the room is really nice and clean. We have been nicely welcome with some tips on what to do, a small snack. The outside is also really nice. We would have like to stay a bit longer.

Good and quiet, nice room and bed.

No breakfast included. The room was spacious and the bed good. Good located and very charming entrance full of flowers, you don't feel like in a hotel, its very quiet. The owner picked me up from the Port and also took me back there to get my ferry to Athens. She explained me about the island and gave me a map.j

I had problems with my ferry being cancelled and explained to them in advance that I would have to arrive one day later. In the end they charged me for the day I was not there. Understandable but I wasn't expecting.

Csendes helyen található, de mégis közel a központhoz. A kikötő 1200 m, 15-20 perc séta kényelmesen. A szoba tiszta, egyszerű, minden volt, amire szükségünk volt. Az ágy kényelmes, terasz jól használható. Nagyon segítőkész a tulajdonos, szép környezetet teremtett az itt megszálló vendégeknek.

Familiäre Unterkunft; zentral im Ort und trotzdem ruhig, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Eine sehr nette Pension mit einer herausragenden Gastgeberin, man fühlt sich sehr willkommen und wie ein Teil der Familie. Das Frühstück wurde individuell auf meine Bedürfnisse angepasst. Die Pension liegt in einer Seitenstrasse, zahlreiche Restaurants und Lebensmittelläden in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Es war sehr windig und Läden und Türen haben stark geklappert; dies schein aber im Osten Kretas normal zu sein - und das Wetter kann kein Gastgeber beeinflussen.

L’alloggio si trova a poca distanza a piedi dal centro di Parikia; molto pulito; la proprietaria è stata super gentile e disponibile fin dall’inizio consigliandoci i posti da visitare e dove andare a mangiare; per due mattine ci ha fatto trovare una ciotola con dei fichi del suo albero; consigliatissimo!

Beau séjour à Paros

Super accueil, simple et chaleureux. Nous avons eu également une belle présentation de l'île (et en Français 🙂). La chambre convenait à nos attentes, cette dernière était très propre et suffisamment agencée pour nous. Possibilité de se garer à proximité du logement. Au calme même si nous avons parfois entendu quelques voisins un peu bruyants. Et de belles attentions avec des figues fraîches à notre retour de plage, un régal !!! Nous y reviendrons sans aucun souci et même avec grand plaisir.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la pension Chanioti. La chambre était propre. La situation géographique au calme, idéal pour se reposer. L’hôte nous a donné tous les renseignements nécessaires pour visiter l’île. Nous avons apprécié les petites attentions comme les bouteilles d’eau et les figues.

Tutto! Ma soprattutto Arsenia, la proprietaria! Non scrivo mai recensioni, ma questa volta devo! La proprietaria ci ha accolto all’inizio con un piccolo rinfresco di benvenuto mentre ci spiegava nel dettaglio cosa fare e dove andare a Paros. Inoltre, al mattino ci portava sempre la frutta fresca per la nostra colazione. Tantissima attenzione al cliente. Ottima posizione. Veramente molto soddisfatti!

Een fijne plek om te verblijven

Het pension heeft prima kamers met een heerlijk balkonnetje en een koelkastje op 5 minuutjes lopen van de boulevard, maar wat voornamelijk ons verblijf geweldig maakte was de beheerder. Het was een hele lieve vrouw die ons bij het inchecken een lekker drankje en zoetigheidje aanbood, en met ons over de kaart van het eiland ging om alle 'goede' plekken te laten zien, en uit te leggen hoe we daar het beste kunnen komen. Verder zei ze altijd gedag, en liet zelfs een keer vers fruit uit de tuin achter in onze koelkast. Het was daarom een hele fijne plek om te verblijven!

De kamers zijn niet super groot, maar het scheelde dat we een heel lekker balkonnetje hadden om te zitten.

Es un alojamiento llevado por una familia encantadora. La dueña fue muy amable y hospitalaria, nos dio un mapa de la isla y nos dio mucha recomendaciones sobre sitios que visitar y donde comer. A demás fue muy atenta durante toda la estancia.

La gentillesse de l'hôtesse !! Elle nous a accueilli avec un grand verre d'eau fraîche et des petits gâteaux. Elle nous a donné une carte avec toutes les choses qu'elle nous conseillait de faire et des recommandations de restaurants. Nous lui avons demandé conseil tous les jours en fonction de là où on allait et elle nous renseignait à la perfection !! Merci beaucoup à elle !! De plus, elle vient faire le ménage dans la chambre TOUS les matins, ce qui fait que la chambre est toujours impeccable ! Nous étions dans la chambre 1 : il y a un frigo (une bouteille d'eau nous attendait à notre arrivée, c'était top vu la chaleur), des assiettes/couverts/bols à disposition et une clim dans la chambre qui donne accès à un petit balcon avec une petite table et 2 chaises et un étendoir (idéal pour le retour de plage). La rue est très calme, loin de tous ces restaurants bruyants.

Tout était vraiment super ! S'il fallait trouver un point négatif ce serait le fait qu'il n'y avait qu'un seul oreiller dans le lit par personne mais quand nous avons demandé à en avoir en deuxième, nous l'avons tout de suite eu donc au final, c'est plutôt positif !! Sinon peut-être la douche un peu petite, même si très fonctionnelle (si vraiment je dois donner une chose que je n'ai pas aimé)

La hospitalidad, como estaba libre nos vino a recoger al puerto, sin necesidad de ello ya que está a 10 minutos caminando. También nos recibió con agua fresca en la nevera y un par de dulces, y al día siguiente también nos dejó sandía fresca, increíble la atención por parte de la dueña.

Barato pero incómodo

Precio barato, Arsenia muy simpática y jardín bonito.

Camas muy duras, una pesadilla dormir 3 noches así. La ducha extremadamente pequeña y sin posibilidad de colgar la ducha, tienes que sujetarlo con la mano todo el tiempo. Además no se cambiaron toallas en 3 días. Por otro lado no lo recomiendo para mujeres solas, el camino por la noche al alojamiento es por calles muy oscuras y solitarias, se siente inseguro ese último tramo para llegar.
