Comfortable 2 nights stay. The units are a bit tiny, but serves the purpose. Awesome scenery.

I loved the scenery. Place was well equipped. We had everything we needed. The recycling efforts were appreciated. The water pressure was very good. There was even 2 pin point plus in the units :-)

The bedding definitely needs some updating. Bedspreads is so last season. The bedding also did not smell fresh. Even though the unit was cleaned, it did not seem as if any bedding was prepared specifically for our stay. The drive up to the unit was a bit tricky. A trailor would not make it up the steep. Creepy sounds in the roof was not very pleasing

The location is bad. Dirt road. Informal properties en route. We were scared arriving in the evening and uncertain about safety. Too far out of city centre. If you want a practical and accessible spot, do not.book this one. Only for those looking for a hideaway farm experience. Not worth it at all. Imagine I paid the host in full for.3 nights but only stayed for 1 night. I just couldn't. The advert should clearly state what the guest should expert. The way it is advertised is definitely.misleading, amounting to false advertising. I regret booking it and would.like a refund for the 2 nights I couldn't stay. None of the instructions given at check in are declared upfront such as dogs on property and many other rules. I do not want to be bothered by dogs. Luckily they behaved. Overall rating: Bad bad bad.

Even with all the rain we had: the location is stunning, the staff are friendly, the property is cozy and comfy.

The property was perfect for us and our two boys in terms of size. The kitchen was well fitted and even in winter, the chalet felt cozy.

One small issue, the kitchen could do with some bigger pots. Besides that very small issue, have nothing negative to say.

Tranquility with a view.

Tranquility with the most stunning views! The host Sonia made us feel welcome from arrival. The unit was super clean and spacious with all the amenities you could need. We have a wonderful stay!

The only downside was the 1km or so gravel road from the main road you had to travel to get to the unit.

Paradise!!!

Oh wow! Let me tell you, the pictures don’t grasp the beauty and peace that you’ll experience there. It feels like it is set in a botanical garden, the owners are so sweet and ready to help wherever you need. Even the housekeeper was such a lovely lady, kept having small chats whenever we saw each other. Dogs were lovely. The coffee and the cookies in the kitchen were such a thoughtful and great detail. My place was flooded with light, well ventilated, had a terrace with views into nature and the mountains. Never had a problem with uber picking me up. Sad to leave but will def come back!!

Cannot recommend this place as it is neglected and the management completely disengaged from clients

There was no breakfast with the accommodation nor any communication with the facility' management post check-in. The location was ok for a wine country tour if you like being out of the city per se and with spectacular views of the mountains both front and back. Not expensive for our 4 night stay.

Where do I even start; the reception was cool and dismissive at best; could not use credit card; had to pay in Rand cash or EFT all in advance; the security gate leading up to our chalet was a real challenge and almost never responded to our mobile phones without a major hassle; the chalet was tiny for 3 people and only 1 bathroom; the "road" leading up to the chalet was fit only for a 4x4 and getting in/out requires a skilled driver as well; bridge leading into property could be hazardous esp at night as it is narrow with no guardrails at all; generally the property appeared neglected and was in real need of some sprucing up as well as more TLC with clients from management (we received zero); steps leading into chalet presented a hazard esp for children as no guardrail and no hand rail leading down; I would not recommend this place unfortunately and don't understand some of the reviews I see here.
