The room seemed clean.

There was no carpet in the room so our dog had extreme anxiety! There were dead bugs all over the foyer/entry way and I killed a cockroach in my room.

Our 60th class reunion from Baker HS went well.

Breakfast too far way. Had trouble with toilet stopping. Needed to be plunged. Left plunger outside our door when we called the Desk--- worked at it for several hours...went to bed on our multi-nite stay and the next day one of cleaning staff inquired how we were doing. The plunger was defective..she went and found a newer one or at least one that wasn't defective. She refused my help as she worked we talked and she said it was a given in a few rooms, ours included, to have regular toilet stoppage. She was great. The defectiive toilet plunger wasn't. Left 1 day early but they kept the money for the --4th night----of course you are entitled to it . Proably won't stay at your place again.

Impressed

The staff was great, continental breakfast impressive, the pool and grounds were beautiful with lots of flowers, and the rooms seemed to have newer carpet and had been updated! And, excellent value! Will definitely be back!

The only downside for this place is that from the outside in the parking lot it looks a bit older, but once inside it clearly is updated and nice.

VERY Understaffed!! Although the restaurant served a nice menu of both American & Indian food, there was only one person serving the whole restaurant. Food took an exceptionally long time, but was very delicious. The other very unfortunate issue was that their weekend free breakfast was shut down at 9:00 am vs most hotels close it down at 10:30. We got there at 9:10 am and the doors to the dining area were locked.

The staff was very friendly and got is into our room quickly. The rooms are exactly as they are pictured, room was clean and beds were comfortable. Their continental breakfast was actually really good as well.

I only wish you had an indoor pool so my kids could swim, but really not that big of a deal.

Great location, staff was exceptional. They all take pride in operating this property. Cleaning staff left a note welcoming us and they had our room at a perfect 72 degrees it was 85 degrees outside. Was appreciated.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet. Our housekeeper Consuela was very nice.

There were eggs on the floor and the counter area needed to be wiped down. The 2 guys were more interested in setting up a pancake making machine.

Right next to the highway but didn’t hear too much road noise. Pretty good breakfast and my kids loved the pool.
