    Very comfortable!
The bed was so comfortable and the rooms were nice! We only stayed for about 6 hours (checked in at 11:30pm and left at 5am to finish our road trip)
The outside looked a little misleading.. I was preparing for a low quality stay but it was great. The exterior could use a little love!

Terrible stay. Won't be staying there every again. Very disappointmented
When we used the restroom, the toilet paper holder fell off the wall. When we opened the window, the curtain lever broke. We had a horrible bed that was old and disgusting; we both woke up with backaches in the morning. The place is very run down, which I was surprised by because we always stay at Choice Hotels, but this did not meet our previous years of experience or expectation for a Choice Hotel. This stay has made me rethink our future hotel stays. We ended up renting two rooms because the original rooms and beds were too small. We were very disappointed and couldn't wait to leave in the morning. If we hadn't arrived so late, we would have found somewhere else to stay.

    Less than a Quality Inn
The attendant was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well cared for.
There was only one working outlet so I could not use my CPAP machine, my oxygen concentrator or charge my portable oxygen. It was a very bad night to say the least. Also, I couldn't get my walker in the bathroom and there were not any bars to hold on to when showering. Also , I had to have help lifting my walker into the room because there was a four inch lip on the threshold. They told me they were aware of the issues. The GM would have given me a discount but since it was a third party booking she couldn't do it. I paid $148 for what I thought was going to be a quality experience. It was not. Even the breakfast did not have diabetic friendly food.

This is the worst cs and experience
I like baker city in general. I like that the location is near everything and walk distance.
We arrived. The staff didn't even acknowledge that we were there. Then we checked in and she give us room 135. When we opened the door, the room wasn't cleaned. Bed wasn't made. One of there housekeeper said that room was "out of order" she doesn't know why we were giving the room. Then we went back to the front desk and the lady kept asking questions about our reservation. Final we got a different room. The room had bugs. Breakfast with expired milk and breads. No satisfied and we are not coming back. Book at your own risk.
