The breakfast was great

Because of my disability and my height (5’) it was difficult to get into the bed by myself. My own bed isn’t as high.

Beds were comfortable.

No coffee maker in room, no freezer in refrigerator.

Breakfast was good & it was hot. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Location poor - next to a truck stop and across a busy highway from another truck stop. Very noisy. Also room adjacent to air conditioner (?) for the pool which ran most of the time.

Crowded but food was fine.

Rooms smelled like smoke so we asked for a different one but that one was bad also. Finally on the third try we got one that was okay. We appreciate the desk host going with us to each of the next 2 rooms to make sure we were satisfied. She was extremely helpful.

Most importantly, I needed a shoebox-sized freezer space overnight for gel packs--the staff fulfilled my request happily. I specifically needed a handicap accessible room. The facility was appropriate, though an extra wide wheelchair may have had difficult. The breakfast--with hot scrambled eggs--was a pleasant surprise.

The conversion work from a standard room to a handicap room had acceptable quality but poor aesthetics, with bare plaster and unpainted patches.

I found a long black hair on the bathroom floor.

The breakfast was good. But not enough sitting we had to wait for a table.

The way in to the rooms, my mom has a hard a hard time walking and we had to park a little far because they don’t have enough handicap parking.

The staff at this Super 8 was great!

Didn't like that there weren't any men who worked there when I was staying there.

Breakfast was wonderful-far exceeded expectations. The arrangement of the waffle ingredients/irons/condiments could probably be optimized to get fewer people grouching at each other for reaching past them. <3 <3 <3 Refillable soap/shampoo/etc dispensers instead of all the wasteful little bottles! Small details, but the lady who checked me in late at night and after a long drive (I was so exhausted I didn't notice her name) was just plain nice (underrated these days) and clearly used to helping people who are almost asleep on their feet get through those last few obstacles between them and a bed. Entire building didn't smell like chlorine from the pool

This is industry-wide, but wouldn't it make more sense to decrease the cost of last minute reservations to make sure every room ends up filled (and stand out) instead of jacking up the prices? Cleaning stuff smelled bad but that's expected. Minor: lighting arrangement in the room was odd: the switch by the door turned on a little light by the window. Considering it's an older building and all the rewiring, drywall etc necessary to fix something that's not super important, I'm not really holding it against them. I feel like I remember a stain on the carpet or something that took me aback but I can't actually pinpoint it now.

The pool was up and running and the rooms are nice and clean!!

Heated pool and hot tub.

I would have given zero stars if I could. Had some weird stuff on my headboard upon arrival. As well as hair in the shower and faucets with plugged drains. There's a DND card you can place on your door or on the bed if you want fresh bedding. Well we were in the desert with 90+ degree tempsfor 3 days in a row and slept pretty gross. We wanted new bedsheets because of that. I had to go ask for bedsheets and make my bed two nights in a row on a family trip where I had to worry about my brother in laws wedding going well. On top of all that, one of the workers tried to act like I was flirting with them when I said the beds weren't made and I wanted fresh sheets. It was uncomfortable. To top it all off, on checkout day we went to the front desk to voice our complaints to a manager. The worker claimed they couldn't help us at first, then said the manager would be in at 3, then she disappeared into what I think was his office. Came back to offer us 60 dollars back, of a 370 dollar stay. My wife got pretty heated at this point because it was stupid to have to worry about things in a hotel room and do our own house keeping. Not to mention the worker didn't even bring up the disgusting headboard to the manager at first. Horrible expirience and they still only refunded us half our money even though we did 100% of the work.

The manager Autumn was fantastic

The people next to me we smoking and doing drugs and beginning at 2am they began to pound on the connecting door asking who was inside. They began cussing and fighting in the room. Every so often they would exit the room and yell in the hallway. Very scary! I then got up early to just leave and found mouse droppings in the bed I had just slept in! Filthy. I will never stay there again and hope you make this right somehow. I have video of the couple next door and pictures of the mouse droppings if you need them.

The facility is quiet and clean. The staff members were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. This was my second stay and it was just as nice as my first visit.

I didn't encounter or experience anything negative.

Bed was comfortable, clean, and plenty of plush pillows to have all to my self. In house provided hygiene supplies were decent quality, towels were nice, soft and clean. Staff was pleasant. Both night and morning shift were very kind . Very busy and could probably use one more person for the mornings so they're not running back and forth. (But I don't work here so it's hard to garner efficiency from a guest standpoint) Pre check in was nice so I could just pick up card and go straight to my room. Right off the freeway and easy to get to, next to the gas station made for a nice location and for a tired transient.

Was sad that the tub wasn't deep set, but it's par for the course with most hotels. Maybe I'll try the upgraded room next time. Shower curtain was maybe a little short, or the bar is too high so it's easy to get the curtain over the lip of the tub.

The location was good. The breakfast was one of the best of the 5 hotels we stayed at during our trip.

The room was acceptable but he bathroom was small and not as nice as I would have expected. The bed was comfortable.

Spa and pool area were very clean and well maintained.

Spa could have opened earlier than 7:00 a.m. Need something other than biscuits and gravy as meat item at breakfast.
