Adria House Dubrovnik by the sea

Fantastic location in a seaside bay, wonderful villa. Amazing private balcony with beautiful views. Swim & lounge in the shade directly from front door! Maja’s breakfast was superb. This villa is usually rented for groups of 8-10. We were fortunate to stay between group bookings for 1 night prior to an early airport departure. Would love to stay longer next time & book the whole villa with family & friends. Perfect location to enjoy the Old Town and local sights of the Adriatic coast without the busy summer tourist zone.

Very beautiful location, slightly far from Dubrovnik, but not too bad - 15 mins by car. The room was modern, the bed was sooo comfortable. The view from the window - amazing! Maya had left so many things in the bathroom - thank you!

I kind of expected the room to have a balcony and was disappointed we didnt have where to sit outside to drink wine or coffee, but maybe its my mistake for not reading something in the info.

Maja is a very warm, welcoming and engaging host who gave us gifts of milk, freshly baked bread and home made fig jam. The apartment was spotless and exceeded our expectations. We especially loved the balcony overlooking the picturesque bay (please see photographs). We used the comfortable loungers and enjoyed swimming in front of the apartment. We ate at the nearby restaurant, Konoba Vala, which had great food and welcoming staff. It was a very convenient and easy drive in and out of Dubrovnik. We wouldn't hesitate to return to this excellent apartment.

There was nothing we didn't like.
